Overall, I was a bit irritated with my experience with CustomInk - after completing a group order for a professional fraternity, I was excited to receive the order on schedule. Nearly two weeks after completing the order, I was emailed by customer support about licensing issues with the greek letters - our fraternity is licensed through CustomInk, and there should have been no trouble with the order. After about a week of back and forth, the order was processed and arrived only a few days later than expected, which was not a terribly big deal, but it was frustrating to have more than one customer service representative reach out about licensing issues when there should have been no issue at all.
