I'm happy with the customer service but very dissatisfied with the product. The quality of the material is awful. The design / print seems to be a bit off & not centered as requested. Very unhappy for paying nearly $600 for 12 sweatshirts and receive this type product. We almost don't even want to give them out to our customers! :(

The product came pilled and with lots of loose threads. The quality of the sweatshirts are poor and the feeling is not nice. The design process was horrible and wasted a lot of my time too - the proof team really didn't look at what we submitted against the actual proof and I had to call in over a dozen times (not an exaggeration) to get to a semi-acceptable end result. I had probably the worst swag ordering experience with Custom Ink, specifically with this order. I would recommend that you consider having one assigned account person for every order so that customers don't have to repeat issues with different reps on every call - I think that's part of why this experience was a failure.

There was an error with one sweatshirt and I’m Not sure when the error occurred. The sweatshirt with the name Fue should have read Fuentes. CN this be replaced or fixed?
