It was my first time to your website. I had the brilliant idea of ordering t-shirts for a girls weekend on a Tuesday night and needed them by Friday. I used the online chat to explain my situation and the rep I dealt with was awesome and got everything processed to ensure delivery by that day. I loved that I could monitor my project online and see it's status. My package was delivered by 6:30 PM on Friday night just in time for our girls weekend. Couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Love working with your company... the online experience is awesome and I received notifications for everything which was really helpful since I was racing around getting ready for our Convention! I loved the two extra shirts you gave us too!!! Thanks so much

The reps were very helpful with the process. They made it very easy. I like the fact that each person can pay for their own order. There was no hassle with obtaining the money. The order came on time even a day before the dated noted.

Everyone was great to work with, I always got answers right away.

in a few words...CUSTOMINK is levels above the competition. extremely helpful and professional. follow up emails were instant and spot on. creative and very helpful.

Your customer service was great over the phone, but I only had to call in, because I couldn't add an additional type of item to my requested items. The website only gave me 3 similar options on my order, and didn't allow me to add anything else I'd like, so I called in and ordered it over the phone. It should be easier to add anything from your website to my order, not just the items you suggest. I would've ordered a lot more, and different items except I was getting frustrated trying to add things to the order that never seemed to be an option you gave.

Everyone that helped me was very hospitable. The only problem was the screen printing in the front.
