I was blown away by how attentive and friendly the "T-shirt Ambassadors" and Satisfaction Assurance Associates at CustomInk were during my interactions with them. I had no idea what to expect (this is my first time ordering custom printed shirts through a website) and was initially apprehensive but they made the process simple and set my and my colleagues' minds at ease. When I opened the box when the shirts arrived I was confident the product was exactly what I wanted - and it was! Shout out to Katlan Graziano, Stephen Worland, Patrick Decker and Vincent Hatcher.

The website was easy to use both on the computer and from a mobile device. Customer service was fantastic everytime I called, especially Tim who I placed my order with. He took care of a complex order with ease, engaged me about my trip, and reminded me about the photo contest. When he had some after call work to do on one part he offered to call me back instead of having me hold for 10+ minutes. Overall, very impressed with the entire process and excellent customer service. Great job!!

Liked it overall but Sizing was misleading as youth pictures sowed kids that seem much bigger than the youth sizes received. As a result I'm going to have to reorder and will be tossing nearly a dozen in the trash

Overall, CustomInk has been very supportive throughout the entire process start to finish and most of the shirts are true to size except for a couple youth sizes that are too small. I wish I had ordered them one size larger! The quality of the screen printing is excellent!
