CustomInk is fantastic! Every employee has been perfectly professional and they have consistantly provided great service. Plus, everyone asks me about the animals I am trying to save (with the shirts) so I am thrilled for their interest and compassion!

I made t-shirts for a Bachelorette weekend, and they turned out great. I received everything by the estimated date, so 2 weeks. I used the support chat on the website and the staff was very helpful. This is the second time I have used CustomInk and if I need to make t-shirts again I will definitely come back.

I am a tough customer. I expect real customer service, pleasant attitudes, follow-up, ease of access, quality printing and good, fair prices. I would give CustomInk an "A" for all of these! Although I am very particular (and I'm in the design and marketing business.....), CustomInk won me over with their exceptional customer service, can do attitude and quality product right through to the follow-up. I made many changes through the process and I was never treated as though it was a problem. I give the company many kudos for it's training and hiring processes. I am very impressed - and I'm not easy to win over!! Thank you!

Customer service was excellent! Even though I worked with a new person almost every time, I was surprised at how quickly they were able to find my folder and continue with my order from exactly where I left off!

The process was fairly simple. I do wish I could be able to see how all the printing methods look within the lab. CustomInk is definitely ahead in the design department but its competitors are winning in the different types of shirts and tank tops they offer. Once CusomInk adds more t-shirt options they'll definitely be ahead all across the board. I'll recommend them in the future.

My overall experience was great. Customer service made everything so much easier, from getting the design right to ordering the right sizes. The shirts I ordered ran a size smaller and if it wasn't for the knowledge of the the customer representative my order would've been wrong top to bottom. Thanks Katherine G.
