I loved how the customer service was willing to help me make my shirt look great! They helped me with my uploaded image and make it look the way i wanted since it wouldn't allow me to do it on the website... I appreciate how they told me over and over that they would center it and fix anything they see doesn't look right and they did just that. My design turned out fantastic!!

Love the variety of shirts you offer. I do shirts for 8th grade confirmation class each year and I love that I can vary color/logo and also style.

The reps were friendly, but not as customer-focused as my experience the first two times I ordered with y'all. One Custom Ink error on placing the order resulted in a price adjustment (up) after I had collected checks, so I ate the difference.

I have voiced all my discontent earlier on my experience with your company system - too many ambassadors & no contact person. Now, I like to compliment on the final product. The 3 designs of the T-shirts we ordered were good. We like the quality of the T-shirt & hoodies, by American Apparel. We should be informed earlier how to use the online measuring chart in order to have better fit. All in all we like the final product and the price was reasonable. Thank you.
