I am a senior citizen who did this for the first time. I, of course, got lost, called Customer Service who was outstandingly helpful. The graphic artist fixed up the design exactly as I requested in my notes, maybe even better that I could imagine. Then the mugs went into production and were shipped ahead of schedule. They arrived in really wonderful packaging. I've gone through 2 of the 3 boxes so far and each one is perfect. There are so many requests coming in to get more, I'm not certain how I will handle it. I'll figure it out when I get really low in quantity. They are not for sale, but are gifts to people who truly believe in the cause. Below you ask me to describe my overall experience. Wow is not high enough, but I will go there. Congratulations on having very talented Customer Service, excellent artists, obviously amazing people on the production and shipping line. I can't stop bragging about Customink. You'd be shocked to know how many people love what our partnership together produced. You helped me make a point and put a smile on many faces. This experience couldn't have been better. Thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart.
