For some reason the customer service emails to finalize the proofs went into my junk mail folder. Thankfully, customer service called me when they didn't hear back from me quickly and therefore my order schedule didn't slide! It was so great to get support while I was so busy on other things.

Everything Custom Ink did for me and my order was exceptional!!! The art department was wonderful. They did everything I needed done to make my shirt order work. At the last moment I found out that the shirts where needed sooner than we had originally anticipated, the servive staff went above and beyond to make sure I had my order in time. I used Custom Ink for my team shirt order after my experience with this company the WHOLE LEAGUE will be using them from now on.

Custom Ink is awesome, the process is great. Shipping and production is very fast and efficient. The only quibble I have is that you can't combine men's and women's shirt orders together on the website for pricing, you have to go through customer service.

Since I needed the same logo on multiple shirts and sizes, I called customer service. The reps I spoke to were both STELLAR. Very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. I had a problem with fitting my logo on one of the shirts, was called by a customer service rep, he suggested ideas and alternatives so that I had multiple options to choose from to solve the problem. I will ABSOLUTELY be ordering from CustomInk again.
