So happy with the continued excellent service and quality products I receive from Custom Ink. You really set the bar high, especially with your customer service representatives. I really appreciate how carefully they review each product to make sure the customer will be happy with their purchase.

Customer service was fantastic. We had issues with colors and payment. I had a design that was on black shirt with a white bar and black lettering in the white bar. Website read this as two colors. She was able to get that changed one color and have the letters cut out instead. I had two orders of the same design on different colors and she was able to combine them into one and it saved me money. That was awesome. Also we had an issue with the school credit card. She was able to put a note on the the order and saved everything until the next business day, which was a Monday, as I was trying to order on Friday. Monday everything got fixed with the credit card and the order went through smooth. Also design team did a great job with the print and shipping was insanely fast. Got it a week ahead of what was posted. Thank you for a great experience.

I've been using Custom Ink for over 10 years now and I've never been short of extremely satisfied. Any issues are addressed immediately and you don't have to talk to 10 different people. They set the bar for how business should be conducted. Thanks for sending an actual sweatshirt for me to approve before we printed the entire order, awesome feature.

The quality of the jacket was fantastic, and the customer service was bar none. The online design studio was more robust than any I've seen from other companies. The only reason I rated the website one-star lower was because of an inconvenience with applying discounts to online purchase orders. We were to receive a 10% discount for a deal going on, but it wasn't something that could be used when folks used the group order form to pay online. The whole appeal to me with the group order form and having folks pay online was avoiding money-handling (and having to chase folks down for payments). Unfortunately, there is no option for a discount code or anything at checkout with group order forms, so I still had to wait on the refund check and wound up still having to handle payments by cashing the check and redistributing everything. If there had been a way to simplify that via the online group order form, that would have made it 7 stars for me.

You made this an incredibly easy process. Customer Service was fantastic. Pricing was competitive. I am a fan and a loyal future customer for all things needing custom ink. You really set the bar. Nice job!

The customer service has been unbelievable. I was really blown away and it has set the bar higher for me regarding what good customer service looks like and it will even be influencing how I train people at my own company. If I ever get a different job I was thinking "man, I'd like to work for these guys!" Great work all, tell your manager you deserve a beer.

I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. Customink never fails to impress me when it comes to customer service. My order was shipped less than 4 days after and I ordered 28 shirts. That is amazing considering that I'm not the only customer that they have to take care of. Yes, I paid for rush delivery but it was all worth the buck considering where I live which is Italy. Your team rock's, set's the bar high, and never disappoints. Only one thing I'd like to request. Maybe separate different size shirts in small plastic bag or small boxes inside the big box and labeled with sizes. Other than that, keep up the great service and thanks for the stickers that come along with each shirts.

Have used Vista Print for tee-shirts for the last 10 years and their website has not evolved into a user-friendly experience. This year, I tried Custom Ink for company event tee-shirts and found the experience start to finish easy. Pricing was competitive, the design tools simple and all customer communication from order confirmation to tracking and delivery seamless including text and email communication. Very pleased with the experience and Custom Ink is setting a new bar for service and quality.

We've had excellent experiences with CustomInk over the past couple of years, but this past order presented an unexpected delay under strange circumstances. We had ordered two different t-shirt designs (several of each), and had been guaranteed delivery by 8/13. One of the packages arrived early on 8/10 and we thought it strange that the other didn't arrive at the same time (as had happened with past orders), but we figured we'd just wait until 8/13 to see if the other package would arrive by then. When the afternoon of 8/13 rolled around and the order had NOT yet come, we noticed that the progress bar for the order had not yet moved from the "Artwork" stage. We then called a customer service representative (who was very helpful!) and she confirmed that there had been some sort of technological glitch that prevented our order from moving through the regular process. She said that if we had NOT called when we did, they likely wouldn't have noticed the error until much later on their end -- surely beyond the date of our event which was 8/18! Luckily, with the help of CustomInks' excellent customer service, our order was was expedited and we received our shirts the next day 8/14. A strange and nerve-wracking situation to be sure, but one that was met with thorough and efficient help. Based on the customer service we received this time AND the excellent experiences we've had in the past, we WILL still use CustomInk in the future.

Custom Inks customer service is bar none... Every person I spoke to or had email contact with was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I originally picked a print color that was not going yo show up well on the shirts, and wirh the help of Emily, we were able to pick a better color, which turned out amazing! I will definitely use this company again.

Mark Ali did an outstanding job making sure I received my order in time for my 10th Anniversary party at my Bar, in fact, he got the entire order of 60+ shirts out to me way ahead of when he said. Awesome job!

Great customer service. The kids have been really motivated to earn their "Set The Bar" shirts for high jump and pole vault!

We make a few decent sized orders a year and each time are met with the same great consistent pricing and results! Once in a while a "local" shop will try and earn our business but Custom Ink has set the bar so high the others pale in comparison. Especially with fast shipping Custom Ink is my first choice for anything and everything promotional for our business!!!

I appreciated the open communication between the company and the customer. We had to change the shirt's color last minute due to the images we put on it, and the representative from Custom ink called and informed us of this quickly. Overall it was a easy, fruitful experience working with Custom ink to get the best shirts for our bar crawl.
