I am very disappointed. I purchased $16 expedited shipping and the package arrived a day later than promised. There was no obvious warning that the package would not arrive on the set day, and I was responsible for ordering the gift in advance of a party. I chose Custom Ink because it represented that it was able to fulfill the request on time, but my entire treat was let down when the item arrived a day late. This shipping option was deceptive.

This was the easiest thing I’ve ordered. I just happened to scroll across it on Google. I put in an image I drew up on a piece of paper and pencil, they drafted it to digital image, and it was exactly what I was wanting. I will be ordering more in the future for sure and will be telling anyone that asks where I got them, where they need to shop. Thanks for the quality product in about a 10 day turn around!!

I ordered the shirt for my son's senior night. I paid extra to have it delivered the day before the event. Unfortunately it came the day after the event. I was very disappointed.

Blue shirt color was great (good advice to expect the color swatch and not the model image). The artwork was spot on for our design. Only complaint was that the yellow screen print didn't pop as much as we had hoped, but that was a known risk. The most amazing part was the 3-day turn around. We were able to get our shirts in time for our event last weekend, and it was a HUGE success. We will definitely order our next batch from CustomInk, but with a little more lead time next time :D

Working with CustomInk has been great. They kept me informed throughout the lifecycle of my order. It arrived earlier than the estimate! That rarely happens anymore. Although the design tools on the website are self-service, I feel like there are real, live people on the other side. I used the same design in two different colors. Initially I was charged the same for both, but the next day I received an email that I would get a partial refund for using the same design on multiple shirts. Another thing you never see!

I took the time to seriously look at my logo and where to place it on the hats I ordered to the left. I did not really care for custom inks review and suggestion to move my logo to the center. This back and forth with approvals and moving it back to where I originally wanted the design delayed my order by at least a day.

It was nice to have a local store to visit to speak with professionals that do this every day so it was easier to get started with the purchasing process. However, the store employees recommended products that were not in stock which resulted in a number of items to remain on back order for weeks. About a month later, I had to call the store to confirm the product was back in stock. When I placed the order for the remaining shirts that were back in stock, I was charged a higher cost per unit than my original order. When the second order arrived, the package was damaged and looked like it had been kicked down a soccer field.

Absolutely would use again. Online tool made it easy to design and order. Price was reasonable for a single custom shirt. Received a day early! Packaging simple but sturdy poly shipping bag. All in all, a great experience!

I had looked at multiple websites to find custom shirts for an event for the company I work for. Once I landed on Custom Ink, I knew I had found the perfect site for our needs. The website is easy to navigate and their customer service is exceptional. I had to change some of our shirt sizes a day or two after I placed our order and they were able to make those changes and still get the order shipped out on time.

I was contacted about one of my items being printed incorrectly. I corrected it with a rep but then my delivery got pushed pushed past my event date due to no fault of my own. Multiple issues occurred after this, culminating in a week of being on the phone with different customer service reps. I finally ensured that the order would come the day before my event but saw another item was changed color wise and had to correct it. Once everything was discussed and the items were received, the day before my event, one of the product was still printed incorrectly.
