Overall experience was very good, Peggy in customer service was very good helping me get what I wanted without stepping on any copyright toes. My only disappointment was not being able to get the color shirt I wanted without buying 6. The design would have really popped on navy blue.

I love Custom Ink. I fundraise for Little Wanderers NYC, and we use your platform for our fundraising items. It is very easy to use, and my contact, Enigma, is nothing short of amazing. When we had the idea to surprise our office with a Sherlock Holmes themed scavenger hunt at the Museum of Fine Arts (I am Boston, MA based), and do a sweatshirt to enhance the experience, I knew just the place to go. We are Core Investments Inc: (smiley face with the C in Inc), and one of our major projects is On The Dot. We were able to incorporate a little Sherlock Holmes, and our logos, to create a shirt that matches who we are. Our Core logo has the American Flag, which is why I went for the sweatshirt with the white and navy stripes on the cuffs. It was easy to design, and easy to order.

I have been satisfied with Custom Ink in the past but this was a bad experience. Rough, sandpaper shirt and the Navy letters do not look navy.

The sweatshirts we ordered came out wrong, the order was for the design on the back and front were asked for in navy blue but the one on the back is black.

Very disappointed that the color of the lettering was not a navy blue as ordered and an off color of a faded purple.

I have purchased several shirts from your organization. I am retired Navy and your work from my designs are exceptional and I'll continued to buy from ypu. Thanks for your excellent service. Richard

I love Custom Ink!! I order T-shirts every year for our family week at the beach. We had red, light blue, navy, white, green, orange and now black for this year. The designs are awesome and I love putting the designs together for our shirts. The web site is easy to use and the staff very helpful when you need them. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Had a blast designing this T-shirt. My daughter is in Navy boot camp. She had to do several psych exams while there. Now she can say she isn’t crazy the Navy had her tested. Website is easy to use and fast shipping. Can’t wait to give the shirt to her when she becomes a sailor.

CustomInk did a fabulous job making our customized navy polos with beautiful, flawless embroidery on a comfortable shirt.

Everything was great, however, the color of the print was very different then the design online. I ordered navy blue lettering but the lettering I recieved looks black. It’s very minor, but I was not happy to see this.

Seems like the order was incorrect. I had order 1-navy 3XL and 1- GRAY 3XL. I received 2-3XL instead. Also, the other two shirts I ordered were a different print than what the 2-3XL shirts were. I was emailed with an alternate artwork and approved it. For some reason 2 shirts were original artwork and 2 were the new approved artwork. Disappointed.

I requested the same design consisting of a small logo on the front and a single word on the back to be printed on a Bella+Canvas v-neck T-shirt and an Anvil light-weight hoodie. The reviews posted on the CustomInk website helped me with choosing the correct sizes for my garments (Medium (my regular size) and Large, correspondingly). I liked the fabric of both the T-shirt and the hoodie: pleasantly soft and not too thin. I like the navy color too. The design elements printed in a bright yellow color look very attractive on the navy background of my garments. I am also satisfied with the relative sizes of my design elements. That said, I am strongly disappointed with some other aspects of digital printing performed by Customink. My design was printed in a way it appears on my digital proof on the hoodie only. On the T-shirt, the front logo was shifted noticeably toward the waistline. The design element on the back was shifted noticeably toward the neck. So, the locations of both design elements look very strange on the T-shirt. I was surprised to see that because Customink promised that their artists would examine my design to make sure the final result did not have any issues. The worst part is that the original soft fabric of both garments got apparently damaged during the printing process. The front and back of both the T-shirt and the hoodie contain a large rectangle (at least 1 sq. foot) of what appears to be some kind of thermal damage to a fabric. It looks like both garments were pressed against a very hot surface that left some permanent hot imprints on the fabric. The affected fabric became glossy and rough on touch. At the same time, the sleeves and a narrow strips next to the hems were unaffected, and they maintain their original pleasant softness. I would like to either return the garments for full refund (which is a pity because I really like the original garments) or request a reprint. At this time, I do not think I will order from Customink again.

Custom Ink did a great job of creating an image for us to use on the shirts and making sure to send a sample before creating the full order. The royal blue was too bright so we switched it to Navy and all of the teachers and staff loved it.

I will be more satisfied if & when I am able to order only 2 more t-shirts in the darker NAVY BLUE.

The color is a perfect deep navy exactly what we were looking for from our look. My team washed the shirts and were very pleased with the result - the color didn't run and they look fabulous on my team. Also, each person commented on the comfort of the wear. I don't wear the shirts myself but I am happy my team is happy. Now for fall and winter wear...
