freakin awesome. seriously. the live chat was flawless. the rep was so apologetic that she could not complete the order online (which was no big deal- I had a weird request) I spoke to someone on the phone and she was amazing. answered every question. and when i needed it by oct 4th, (one day before the guaranteed date. Didn't want to risk it) she was able to schedule it so I didnt have to pay for rush shipping. I will ABSOLUTELY be back and will recommend this site to my sorority and friends

Overall I've had great experiences with CustomInk - we used you all for sorority events in college so you were my go to for a personal grouping of shirt designs. I appreciate the customer service you give to your customers and will continue to be a customer in the future.

The customer service was wonderful; the representatives I spoke with were genuinely friendly and very helpful! Mark Lavender (I'm iffy on his first name, but confident on his last!) was patient, pleasant, and quick to offer advice and suggestions for designs. The second representative I spoke with about a credit card issue was also accommodating and patient, and despite a delayed payment on my part, the order still arrived quickly and in weather-proof packaging. The shirts were well priced and of an impressive quality, and everyone in my sorority is obsessed with them! I am already working on proofs for another event shirt! Thanks, Custom Ink!

This order took an extremely long time to get, and this was very nerve wracking due to the fact we needed our recruitment shirts for sorority events. Your customer service however put up with all of my emails and were great for rush shipping our order. We got them with 12 hours to spare and are very grateful for that!

I called customer serivce twice, once to find out more about placing my order and once to actually place my order. The first person I spoke to was wonderful, so insightful, and helpful. He was able to give me a quote on my order, and when I I needed to actually place my order by in order to have them made and delivered by my function. The 2nd person I spoke to was just as super. He made ordering so easy and he double checked my order before placing it. The design team sent out a follow up email to visually check out my design so I could give the ok before the shirts were made. And once the order was complete, I had an email to let me know they were ready and preparing to be shipped. I can't wait to give everyone their T-shirts at our sorority reunion. I WILL recommend CustomInk to anyone that needs T-shirts for whatever occasion.

Every Customer Service person worked hard to make this reunion t-shirt PERFECT! My sorority sisters had not seen each other in 39 years!! The t-shirt was the hit of the reunion. Super great quality shirt and thick perfect ink produced a super high end quality product on time and above expectations of all quality marks! We are working on 2015's t-shirt already!!

CustomInk is awesome! Staff was so patient with my sorority group. They were so friendly and kind. We were running out of time on getting shirts for a event and they saved the day! I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with my entire experience with CustomInk. I was told about the website by my daughter who used your company when she was a sorority archon in college. It was so easy to upload my design and order the exact number of shirts I needed in each size, instead of a whole case of each size like we needed to years ago with a printing shop. It turns out that you couldn't print the design I uploaded due to Disney rules, but Austin was incredible. He explained the situation completely, apologizing for the fact that you couldn't use my original design, and then talked me through my alternatives. I was so happy with the design that your design team came up with for us, and the shirts arrived on the date you promised. The shirts are for a family reunion at Disney World. My mother-in-law, who will be 86 this month, will be having her very first vacation with all of her grandchildren at one time. I will be sure to recommend CustomInk again and again and again.

I was so happy with customink! Initially, there were some issues with the copy right and obtaining permission for the shirts (because it was for my sorority), but customink handled it really really well. I was afraid the shirts wouldn't come on time because I only had 2 weeks left. Through all the wait and issues with approval of the design, etc, I was constantly in touch with a representative from custom ink, which was very personalized. They responded to any questions or concerns very quickly and were very accessible. Part of my shirt design ended up being copyright, but the designers worked with me to make something that was pretty similar and still looked awesome!!! The shirts ended up coming on time much to my surprise and relief, and they look absolutely fantastic! My sisters and I have gotten a ton of compliments on them and we love them! Customink seriously has fantastic costumer service and really attends to the needs of each order!

Everyone on the custom ink team who helped me was very kind & knowledgable. They were willing to help me custome my shirts exactly the way I wanted them, each personalized the way I asked.
