The staff was great. They got back to me on an issue with the back print on the tank. I had wanted the image printed higher up the racer back but they explained why that couldn't be done. What I wish they would have suggested was to shrink the tennis racket image more to get the overall image/text higher up the shirt back. But it still looks great. I will need to wait to see how the tank performs while playing tennis and then how the screen print lasts over multiple washings. But I have no concerns at this time. Overall very happy with what i received.

We were pressed for time and searching for other companies to get our shirts in time for the tennis Play Day on Saturday. Customink was able to rush the order and make our day. The shirts were due at 12noon and came in exactly on time. It was critical because the event began at 12:30 instead of 1:30, as originally scheduled.. What a day! Our shirts are beautiful and we plan to order more. Thanks for a job well done. Pictures will follow.

From my initial order almost 5 years ago, a class I attended was already utilizing the service and products from CustomInk. So I knew (and have seen) the quality of work would be in excellence. Now coaching a Junior Tennis Team, I wanted my kids to get their own custom designed shirt to wear as a team and with pride. Ordering youth sizes can get tricky because kids grow so fast. Needless to say, I ordered a few shirts a bit too small. Now crunched for time, I ordered a 2nd batch to try and get the correct sizes to give out during our Championship ceremony. With "Rush" ordering, my order would not arrive on time. I gave CustomInk a call and JD provided not only outstanding customer service, but was able to "Super Rush" my order to arrive a few days earlier! W-O-W!! Refreshing to see there are still companies, as Mr. Farrell from Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour Restaurant would say, "give'em the pickle"! Mahalo JD and CustomInk team!!

I had an idea for a gift tee for my tennis coach. On the site, I was able to easily translate the idea into design. It didn't take long and the shirt is now in my hands. It is high quality and the printed design is everything I asked for. I will do it again and refer anyone who asks.

I am absolutely ASTOUNDED at the level of service and speediness of your site. I placed my order on Easter Sunday and because of a problem with my credit card, I received an email notifying me to call customer service. I placed the call - thinking no one would answer since it was Easter Sunday, but I got a human on the line in just 3 rings - WOW! She was exceptionally helpful and even recommended some small changes to my design. I placed a rush order and was expecting the shirts to arrive on 4/13. Imagine my joy and surprise when I received the order on 4/9 - my tennis players were ecstatic. I cannot say enough good things about your product and service. Our school provides team gear to almost all of their sports programs, with some exceptions, including the tennis program. I took charge and came across your website to design sweatpants, tee shirts and hooded sweatshirts in the fall of 2014 for our girls' tennis team, and everyone loved them, so much so, that in the spring, the boys' tennis team requested designs similar to our previous order. After weeks of debating and using your website to design, the team chose their favorite designs and the CustomInk got to work right away. They contacted us regarding our special characters and symbols on the tee shirts and we recieved our products two days earlier than expected! All of the products made by CustomInk so far have been comfortable, durable, and fan-favorites. We will definitely be using this website again next season! Thank you so much!

I ordered it on a Saturday and received it on a Thursday!!!!!! The Tennis Boys loved their new shirts and the design. We had boring prints before but loved all the designs we could choose from!! SO HAPPY will use them again.

It was a pleasure working with Carissa and Elise in the design and order of our tennis team T-shirts this season. Compared to several other websites, theirs was SO much easier to use when designing our shirts and had a LOT more freedom in the choices available. This company's customer service is second-to-none and I'd order from them again in a heartbeat!

It was easy to pick the shirt and design the logo. I had one of my players design the tennis logo we used and she email it to me so I could order the shirts. The shirts came a day early and in time for our 1st match. It was workout very well and the team looks good in their new uniforms.

My 13 year old daughter designed a tennis sweatshirt with CustomInk that had printing on both front and back. The process was very easy for her, she ordered a small black crewneck which is a little large (she is 5'5 112lbs) but she was very pleased with the design and quality.
