I think the website and the ease of creating a design was great. The price was right for me as well. I'm just disappointed in the actual shirt. It's hard to buy shirts online because you can't feel them. If you could offer cotton v-neck shirts long sleeve shirts, that would be awesome.

Great customer service and design work. The shirt and style I ordered ended up being to small. We order other shirts before but not a v-neck. You may want to note the v-neck runs a little small.

The LAT varsity v-neck t-shirts are a good quality. My group will love them. All sizes were correct. Customink has done another great job. The red heather is one of my favorite colors. Continue to carry the LAT brand for women. The past orders t-shirts have lasted better than other brands. My Hawaii cruise group will get a lot of compliments as in the past. Thank you. I know I can offer these shirts to my clients with confidence and satisfaction.

Recommend the artists take into account the placement of logos especially with V-neck shirts. I ordered shirts for work and they came out great. I will order again from Custom Ink but will be cognizant of the V-neck logo placement.

I requested the same design consisting of a small logo on the front and a single word on the back to be printed on a Bella+Canvas v-neck T-shirt and an Anvil light-weight hoodie. The reviews posted on the CustomInk website helped me with choosing the correct sizes for my garments (Medium (my regular size) and Large, correspondingly). I liked the fabric of both the T-shirt and the hoodie: pleasantly soft and not too thin. I like the navy color too. The design elements printed in a bright yellow color look very attractive on the navy background of my garments. I am also satisfied with the relative sizes of my design elements. That said, I am strongly disappointed with some other aspects of digital printing performed by Customink. My design was printed in a way it appears on my digital proof on the hoodie only. On the T-shirt, the front logo was shifted noticeably toward the waistline. The design element on the back was shifted noticeably toward the neck. So, the locations of both design elements look very strange on the T-shirt. I was surprised to see that because Customink promised that their artists would examine my design to make sure the final result did not have any issues. The worst part is that the original soft fabric of both garments got apparently damaged during the printing process. The front and back of both the T-shirt and the hoodie contain a large rectangle (at least 1 sq. foot) of what appears to be some kind of thermal damage to a fabric. It looks like both garments were pressed against a very hot surface that left some permanent hot imprints on the fabric. The affected fabric became glossy and rough on touch. At the same time, the sleeves and a narrow strips next to the hems were unaffected, and they maintain their original pleasant softness. I would like to either return the garments for full refund (which is a pity because I really like the original garments) or request a reprint. At this time, I do not think I will order from Customink again.

My shirts were not a rush job, but you can tell they were behind schedule and it showed. After working on my design I called to talk to a real person to finalize my order. Specifically to make sure that everything looked good & centered since it is hard to do online. After talking out details it seems that spacing with the picture and the words above and below still weren’t centered. The order was for 5 shirts youth to 4x, these they didn’t have in the tri-blend so I had to get different shirts then the women’s M and L V-neck. What I got was 6 shirts. An extra men’s medium a women’s V-neck that didn’t have the back print on. Just the front. A crew neck that was suppose to be aV-neck. All shirts were missing inc in one of the letters. Which seems like the printer wasn’t working right. And most of the shirts were scorched with heat changing the color of the shirts with noticeable lines. They were all packaged with a sticker that said “hot.” So they were behind schedule and just rushed my order out because the had a guarantee delivery date. Which they also missed. So I overpaid $180 for five shirts. They do offer reprints for free but I opted to go local. Found a place that could order all shirts in tri-blend in all sizes and print them up for half the price.

The sizing of the Bella V-Neck is perfect. Exactly how I was expecting it. The feel of the shirt, however, is itchy and rough. I hope with a few washes it will soften up a bit, but I wasn't expecting it to be super soft since there was a soft blent option. But what I was disappointed in was the printing. The logo and font are almost fuzzy or hazy around the design. For such a simple logo I expected a cleaner line.

I ordered a V-neck, the material was very good quality, the artwork was awesome and I would definitely order again. In my opinion they were very true to size

Shirt V neck off center so graphic design on front of shirt looks off center. Extremely pricey and disappointed in product

Material quality: Excellent -- it's gotten better than when I ordered V-necks the last time. Still wear the V-necks but the material on these scoop neck tops feels less stretchy and more of a solid cotton type which is what I prefer. So the material has improved! Size: I'm a small, and bought smalls: Loose and drapey without looking sloppy, plus I like the longer length, makes the top fall nicer just below the hip bones. Love the colors also. Thank you so much. Always used Custom Ink for blank tops and I'm very satisfied!

It was a lot of fun to play with this to make this very special shirt for myself. I am a bigger person and wish that there were single or under 6 order sizes with more variety like for v-necks in men's sizes and in pastels. Everything else seems to be great!

The shirts came out great and arrived as promised. A heads up that the women's V neck Gildan runs small would have been helpful.

Are we able to receive a refund for the polo necks due to sizes being so large?
