I love the design tools and options for fonts and artwork. It was easy and fun and everything went very smoothly. I was going to order from a local company that does promotional items but just about everything I wanted wasn't possible, or had to go through a designer for approval etc. so I was glad to just get them out of my way and do my own design and deal directly with you. I felt like I were taking a chance since I've not ordered anything from Customink before but the results were great. Thank you!

Excellent product. The mugs are strudy and look great. The artwork turned out awesome! The service was fast and phenomenal. Received the mugs in Alaska in about a week from when the order was placed! Called the helpline with a question and Tim answered after two rings! He surprised me because I was expecting a machine answering system.
