I used the live chat and the customer service I received was very professional. During that time we found my previous order from 5 years ago and updated my contact info to make it easier for when placing my reorder. I used the toll free # to place my reorder and once again received excellent customer service. Because I reordered 5 or more shirts, we were able to get them at the same price as last time. Customink has been very efficient while placing my order, following up to verify the order before and after delivery was made, which was right on time by the way. I'm very impressed with this service! I felt confident that I would receive exactly what I thought I was ordering. Thank you!
