I used the chat function to ask some questions about my image because it was not a clean image. The person I chatted with was extremely helpful and professional, and the results were immediate. I had a great experience with CustomInk for this reason - that you actually care what the end product will look like before sending it out. I also greatly appreciate that you have artists who will help make your image look perfect at no extra charge. I've worked with other vendors before who send out products that do not turn out well and I always think that could be avoided if there were more customer service and client approval earlier in the process.

The customer service was awesome! I ordered the cups and was able to receive them within a week even though there was a two week deadline in which to order them.
