The website is great! I love that you can see how it will look before you purchase, also that I could play around with design and products until we found a match everyone liked. I did not like that fact that there is not a consistent account manager. I had to re-explain my difficulties over and over again with every new phone call. At least for companies purchasing from CustomInk there should be one account manager.

I wasn't sure what to expect as my logo has a fair amount of detail - I was thrilled beyond words when I opened the box - great job, looks fantastic, the fleece jacket itself is a great color, very comfortable and looks amazing with my logo!

The fleeces ended up looking even better than I expected they would. Everyone loved the quality of the embroidery as well as the material. We will definitely be ordering the same fleeces on a yearly basis. I was actually wondering if it is possible to save the design so that in the future we would just have to put in the order for shipping.
