Lauren Sibole was SO VERY HELPFUL with answering all my questions and giving my proofs immediately to me to look at through website. She also allowed my color choices/changes over the phone so I wasn't just limited to printing colors and fonts on website. SHE WAS THE MOST PATIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.....ANYWHERE! Everyone who is in customer service should take a class from her--she truly was amazing. She deserves a raise and a big pat on the back for what a great job she did!! My shirts turned out great....they will be given as a birthday gift this weekend...we'll see if the birthday girl likes them!! I appreciate all the effort from everyone on the shirts. Thanks to all and again a big THANK YOU TO LAUREN!! You are terrific!!

A couple of times I'd ask for something on my design to be tweeked and something else would end up getting changed somehow but they were small errors and CustomInk always came back with big customer service. CustomInk is fantastic! Great customer service! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful- They even picked up on an inconsistency that we made when we ordered and called us to give us a heads up.
