CustomInk has fantastic customer service, as Jessica Vogel was prompt and always available with updates and approvals on our design. The jacket itself is perfect, I absolutely love it, and I know our company will too when they receive theirs as a gift at the end of the month. The website is easy to use, and there are quality products and colors to choose from, as well as custom embroidery, which was excellent. Thank you for the experience and we will be purchasing more personalized company products in the future.

Really had enjoyed using CustomInk until this last order. Caution...If you forget to order ONE or TWO items, they cannot and will not help you. During a fun incentive for my staff, the Manager accidently forgot one person. Accident's happen. Consequently, on our final order, they were not in the count. CustomInk will not help me out and create one more jacket. I even offered to pay a premium price. NOPE, have to buy SIX. This is one reason, I will start frequenting my local guy again, he would do an additional jacket in a heartbeat.

Start to finish, it's always a great experience working with Customink. When you are preparing an order, it's really nice to be able to call in and talk to an actual human being who can help you.
