I can tell you that I have ordered numerous times in the past and never had an experience similar to this one - but here is my honest review: I can honestly say that I am highly disappointed with the screen print quality on the shirts I ordered. The website, art etc get higher ratings because they were easy to navigate and products were easily selected. We ordered shirts for our baseball team and when they arrived I immediately noticed how thick the screen print was and how heavy the ink/paint felt. It also had a rough texture - not a smooth finish like products I have ordered from Custom Ink in the past. I wondered if it was because the shirts are a poly shirt and the material made the difference but we also had some tri-blend shirts in the order and they were the same. The texture made me feel like the product/ink/paint did not set correctly. Most of the parents on our team also commented how rigid the screen print felt and shared in the disappointment because we spent so much on the shirts. I feel like because we did a rush order and paid a higher price to have them completed quicker - the product was rushed and therefore the quality decreased as well.
