Ordered the jerseys and was given a guaranteed arrival date of 9/5. By 9/2 I still hadn't received an email to approve the artwork and was nervous about hitting the arrival date. I called Customer Service and they agreed it was an oversight and should have been done sooner. They sent me the approval ASAP, and we were able to hit the 9/5 arrival date as promised.
