Our office have used Custom Ink before and have made purchases with P.O.'s before. This time I did the same procedure and received an email stating I would get another email of confirmation that it was accepted. I heard nothing back and when I reached back out they responded saying the address was wrong which I admit was my fault. I corrected it and resubmitted and received the same email about confirmation. Once again I never heard anything back until I reached out. I called the main service line and was on hold for about 10 minutes off and on to see what the issue was with my P.O. in the end I was told I had to write my email on the P.O. I am not understanding why I would need to write it when I emailed them the P.O. with my email. Also there were no instructions stating that was needed in the first place. This all took place over the span of a couple weeks. I canceled my order and immediately got a confirmation email saying it was canceled and replaced the order with credit card. It felt like I was going in circles and very poor communication. I will say the rep on the phone was very nice but we will not be using custom ink again.
