I was very impressed with the personalization of the emails that were sent to me by the artist. I felt as if they truly cared about what I wanted the shirts to look like. It was easy to customize and presented many options. I thought the prices were plenty high but its hard to complain because of a great expierience.

I've been playing with this softball team for 5 years, and for the first 3 we went threw 2 different jerseys. They were so hot and uncomfortable that for most guys they would be off within minutes, or not worn at all. Especially the big guys! When we originally purchased from you last year everybody loved them. Even the 300 lbs D-TRAIN would wear his shirt for the whole day in 90 degree weather! We are going to try to get another year out the jerseys we purchased, and then we will surely be back for more! The shirts were great. I was extremely happy with how fast you got them to me. The order was perfect. The only issue I had was with the first girl I spoke to after I submitted my design. You would not print our state ( Arizona) on the shirt in our team colors. The girl told me I need to change our colors, remove it, or change the word to something else or just cancel the order. You never tell someone to cancel the order. Talk about risking a lot of future money and a customer, and word to mouth business. Other than her, the staff was AWESOME. GREAT JOB!!!
