Very pleased with my experiences with Customink. The shirts are excellent quality and the sizing guide you offer is helpful and accurate. The printing choices (font, color, images) are extensive. The service, speed and follow up are impressive. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The website was very easy to use except for when I wanted to combine orders! So I called the 1-800 number and spoke to Tiffany who was phenomenal. Not only did she combine my orders, but she saved me money, got my tanktops here earlier than even expected. She was great and made me want to come back and order more next time I need to!

I would say my overall expectation was excellent, all sales representatives that I dealt with were were knowledgeable , understanding, and patient. I started with Larissa and when I called back and Larissa was not available, Brad and Nathan were able to provide the same help which I was pleased about. I didn't have to explain myself all over. Thanks to the team Brad, Larissa, Nathan, and all others that I did not speak directly to but worked behind the seen to make my order possible. You guys are great. I will certainly order from the team again, excellent customer service skills

The person who helped me on the phone was very helpful, and helped me get the tank tops super rushed in the right amount of time.

Custom Ink has done it again! I had a very large and complex order (180 pieces, 11 products with various colors of each, and 3 ink combinations) - it was easy and stress-free the whole way through. All the products were of the highest quality, and the printing looked fabulous on all of them. Customer service is second-to-none at Custom Ink, and I will continue to make them my shirt vendor of choice! Thanks for another wonderful job!
