I'm thrilled with CustomInk! They met my needs perfectly: everything from the online design lab experience (easy!) to the contacts with customer service, to working with the design team until I was satisfied, they made sure I was happy and delivered a quality product. I made an error in my design and they personally contacted me via phone until we hashed out the problem. It took a couple of attempts before I approved the final design, but they were so patient and kind, and in the end really surpassed expectations—and still completed the hats and had them to me by the guaranteed delivery date!
