I was having fun designing shirts for our family cruise. I ran into a problem when I tried to switch the design on different size shirts. When I got on the phone with Emily she was able to help me redesign my shirt and help me with the sizes. It was an unexpected experience. She spent almost an hour with me and didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with all of the changes. I couldn't have been happier. I will be buying products from Custom Ink in the future.

Pretty good selection of products, though I do wish there were more things that didn't have a minimum requirement (like the plastic reusable cups). I previously ordered from CustomInk and while the printing itself was good, the quality of the shirts was not. I contacted customer service and received a discount code which I used on this most recent order. Very satisfied!

We were just so happy with the entire process from start to finish. I submitted an inquiry online, as I didn't know what type of printing might be best for the design we wanted. I received a prompt reply with a quote, and then the same customer service rep helped me the entire way through. Some of the colors we had originally may not have shown up well, so my rep helped me choose a better option. There was a small hiccup in that we needed more shirts than the printing method allowed, but my rep got approval and kept me in the loop the entire time on the status. The level of customer service and communication and the speed of processing and delivery made the experience stress-free and straight-forward, exceeding our expectations! Lastly, our shirts were AMAZING. Better than what we'd hoped for, and our clients absolutely loved them. Highly recommend Custom Ink - don't be shy if you have questions or need help!

Really great. I chatted with team members multiple times during the process and they gave me all of the info I needed through the online chat portal. This was great because I'm often multi-tasking and working on several projects at once so having the flexibility to chat easily with online reps and receive coherent, helpful answers is very much appreciated. We also spoke on the phone multiple times too and adjusted the order, adding an item. Additionally, one of the agents discovered an opportunity for us to save costs by consolidating the order and applied it to my account without even asking, which I really appreciated as well. Finally, the order was delivered sooner than expected, which we really appreciated because we wanted to be sure that the T-shirts were going to work out before our company event.
