This was my first purchase with CustomInk, and I will definitely be purchasing through CustomInk again, when the time comes! Most importantly, the processing and shipping was FAST! I did pay for quicker handling, but regardless, the package came two days before "guaranteed date". In addition, the e-mail communication between placing the order and receiving the order was sufficient and transparent. For example, I was notified by CustomInk that a portion of my purchase would be refunded, based on the number of colors I used in the design...I was VERY grateful that they noticed that! And for the quick refund!
