Love the Port Authority Fill Zip Microfleece Jackets. They are a very light material but are very warm. Customer service was a breeze. Boxes were not marked correctly. There were mixed sizes in some boxes but it wasn't marked correctly. Also, I was shorted a quantity in one size but received extra in another size. We are just going to work with what was received at this point. We have ordered with CustomInk before and was very impressed with our order - that was a "wow" experience. This experience I would just rate as "good".
