Occasionally the screens would lock up as I was working on designs which made what I'm sure is usually a relatively streamlined process cumbersome (this could be a problem with my server, and not the customInk website). Overall this was a fun process, and my students LOVE their shirts.

I truly do not have a single complaint. I feel you have an amazing group of individuals working for your company! I believe I smiled everytime I was on the phone or received an email! Can't thank everyone enough for keeping their fingers crossed to get my artwork to pass... And when I was told there were high-fives when the artwork was approved, it just showed me what an amazing group you have, just love it!!

CustomInk's customer service is beyond superb. They answered all of my questions, helped me in uploading my logo, and made the ordering process a breeze.

We appreciate everything that was done for us. The people who assisted us in our ordering were very nice and polite.We are happy with everything.

I absolutely love the shirts I ordered! everything from the color, quality, and the design looked great. But the only complaint i have is that the size on the shirts i ordered were horrible. No larger high school girl can fit into the size she ordered because they ran SO small. The XL shirt can fit a girl that normally wears a medium and the size small looks like a childrens size.. Other than that I was happy with my order!

I am super impressed with my experience. I received a call from a customer service specialist at CustomInk soon after placing my order, which was surprising and impressive. She wanted to let me know that the printing process for the image I'd chosen might change the outcome, and she presented my options. In the end, I'm thrilled with my product and with the attention you all gave to making sure my order was what I wanted.

Overall experience was good. I really didn't need the number of shirts that I ordered but had to fulfill a minimum. I would definitely order more often if the minimum order number wasn't in place.
