CustomInk's customer service was fantastic. I submitted a very tricky piece of artwork to be embroidered on a knit hat and the company spent a lot of time -- emails, phone calls from an assortment of CustomInk employees -- corresponding with me until I was happy with the renderings (before they went to print). When I received my sample piece prior to giving the go-ahead, I was able to voice problems (it's very hard to embroider something in the detail and with the color count that I had spec'd) and I had customer service and art people able to open my order and pick up right where the last customer service person had left off. My son at one point said: "You can't talk to the artists laying out your piece. It's just some automated company online." And I said, "Yes I can talk to the artists, and I already have -- twice!"
