Every person I talked to couldn't have been more helpful... in fact, I usually got someone "live" on the phone the each time I called. They handled a rush order beautifully, even getting it to us 2 days earlier than expected. Then, the icing on the cake was getting an email asking if they could make a donation to our benefit!

I think you would get a lot more business if you could think of a way to bring people on board for less money. Maybe less set up charge or no minimum
