Very customer service oriented, fast turn around... It was a great ordering experience, the only thing that would make it easier would be to find a way to allow individuals to pay for their order on the website instead of having one person (myself) pay the entire amount and then get reimbursed

CustomInk customer service is unbelievable. Best in class. The company has an incredible ability to communicate with the customer. Unfortunately, the American Apparel running jackets were a very poor quality and were simply cheap sweatshirts that are 2X overpriced. I will continue to order from CustomInk for all my screen printing needs- but will check the quality of the apparel prior to placing orders. This review should in no way be construed to reflect poorly on CustomInk- but I would not order any American Apparel made garments in the future.

The experience was great. Once I was settled on what I wanted it was relatively easy to create the design. Since my design was just words in different colors, it would have been helpful if there was a virtual ruler to make sure the words were spaced equally. Other than that there were no issued. The jackets are really nice to the touch and and print colors are bright and fun.

I was very satisfied with my experience with CustomInk. I was ordering multiple custom embroidered jackets for our team. The entire team was over-the-top helpful; I even made a comment that if I ever am looking for another job, i'm going to CustomInk! The products arrived before the date we were told (YAY!) and they look great! I highly recommend CustomInk and *CALL* if you have any questions. Their team members are fantastic!
