Overall, I think that CustomInk is a wonderful company to order custom-designer wear; however, I do think the price could be lower or at least a bit more fair when dealing with smaller numbers.

There was a variation of colors amongst the shirts. We had some t-shirts in a darker red, which we preferred, and some in a more orange-red. It's was disappointing to get a variation my of red because we are a school team and wanted a matching look. The shirts were soft and comfortable though and the fit it good. Parents ordered online, something we were excited about. However, the last 30% of our order needed to be paid through a P.O. I made sure that we would be able to do this. 2 days later when I went to send the P.O., we were told that they wouldn't be able to do it and we had to pay by credit card or cancel all the parent order and start over with a P.O. For the whole order. Because of the delay, we didn't have our team shirts for the first 3 weeks of our season. We had to pay and extra $100 to get them before Christmas break, otherwise we would have been without shirts for 2 more weeks of our season. We were very hopeful and excited when we started this process and very disappointed by the time we were done. The company never even offered an apology for giving us conflicting information and causing delays. We could have tried to send the mismatch colored shirts back, but when you are missing half the season without team shirts, we felt we had no option but to just take what was sent.
