Customer service went above and beyond to get my order correct and to make sure they had all my correct info for the files I uploaded. They worked with me to keep my look consistent but keeping costs down at the same time. I loved that I talked to real people and was told their direct lines and emails.

Very poor quality of screen printing. There was a "vintage" look more than half the t-shirts that we purchased. The screen print for the Metallic foil either wasn't being refilled enough, or the machine was not completing the transfer. We paid $23 dollars for each shirt. To have such varying qualities was very surprising and disappointing. I am shocked that CustomInk would let those leave the warehouse with their name on them. As the group organizer I apologetically handed out grade D t-shirts. I would not order from Custom Ink again and frankly will tell everyone I know about my experience. My advice to you: Don't offer something if you are unable to deliver (foil seems to be an enormous challenge for you). It hurts your credibility and in-turn your brand.
