I took the time to seriously look at my logo and where to place it on the hats I ordered to the left. I did not really care for custom inks review and suggestion to move my logo to the center. This back and forth with approvals and moving it back to where I originally wanted the design delayed my order by at least a day.

It was nice to have a local store to visit to speak with professionals that do this every day so it was easier to get started with the purchasing process. However, the store employees recommended products that were not in stock which resulted in a number of items to remain on back order for weeks. About a month later, I had to call the store to confirm the product was back in stock. When I placed the order for the remaining shirts that were back in stock, I was charged a higher cost per unit than my original order. When the second order arrived, the package was damaged and looked like it had been kicked down a soccer field.

Absolutely would use again. Online tool made it easy to design and order. Price was reasonable for a single custom shirt. Received a day early! Packaging simple but sturdy poly shipping bag. All in all, a great experience!

I had looked at multiple websites to find custom shirts for an event for the company I work for. Once I landed on Custom Ink, I knew I had found the perfect site for our needs. The website is easy to navigate and their customer service is exceptional. I had to change some of our shirt sizes a day or two after I placed our order and they were able to make those changes and still get the order shipped out on time.

I was contacted about one of my items being printed incorrectly. I corrected it with a rep but then my delivery got pushed pushed past my event date due to no fault of my own. Multiple issues occurred after this, culminating in a week of being on the phone with different customer service reps. I finally ensured that the order would come the day before my event but saw another item was changed color wise and had to correct it. Once everything was discussed and the items were received, the day before my event, one of the product was still printed incorrectly.

Our senior class waited a little too long to get their shirts ordered but the team at custom ink were able to help me place the order and expedite the delivery. The students received the shirts a day before the wanted/needed them. You made the class of 2024 very happy.

The quoting process was great, so I expected the whole process to be smooth. From the moment we placed the order through delivery the process was a nightmare. We had paid for a rush and should have received our shirts a week before our event. Instead, we received them the day before. This left no time to correct all of the incorrect sizes we were sent.

Had a shirt come in labeled as large but it was much smaller. Not their fault, tag was wrong from factory, they made me a replacement shirt and sent it right over to me. Very happy with that customer service, so I ordered 400.00 worth of a different shirt that same day.

this time I had people pay separately and ship directly to me. it was not made clear that I had to push the order through after the deadline. the Hoodies almost didn't make it on time. customer service was very helpful and I got them the day before the big event. I'm not sure what I missed, but I'm not sure why I had to push it through if they all had been paid for already.
