I needed a shirt quickly for a graduation ceremony that I am going to be volunteering for. since I am a larger person its hard to get clothes in my size. Custom ink had my size in a whole plethora of different styles and colors, which was very exciting to me, since I'm usually stuck with the basic color pallet. my design was printed clear and crisp, with no defects at all. Such a cool company. I ordered shirts to commemorate my son's high school graduation and placed 2 separate orders, one for adult sizes and one for children's due to my confusion on the word placement for adult shirts and kids. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their customer service! I had a complicated order that then had several adjustments along the way requiring a faster delivery than originally planned due to a change in our college graduation date because of an expected hurricane. The staff was polite, supportive, and helpful through every step and every phone call, and went the extra mile to make sure we had our shirts on time. I cannot thank them enough and recommend them highly to anyone needing screen printing services!

It started out great. My first associate was wonderful. She covered everything we could think of at the time. When I had to work with someone else then additional fees popped up. What upset me the most, is the day after the deadline for free shipping, literally the day after, CustomInk finally looks at the entire shirt and I have to jump through my behind to get approval from the school to put their name on the shirt. You caught the Greek life logo but not the name of the school for like 2 weeks. The added stress of getting that done, right before graduation was difficult. On top of that, all the e-mails about approving the proofs, but no responses that the e-mail with the approval from the college until I actually called was not customer service. That was me working to make sure my daughter's graduation went like she wanted it. Not only that, but possible shrinkage of the shirts when washing/drying was never mentioned. As for if I would order from you again, instead of a black and white yes or no, you might want to add I don't know or I'm unsure, because I'm not sure I would so I put no.

We were very happy with the overall product, including t-shirt quality and design. The product is exactly what we were hoping for. The thing that made our experience above and beyond, was the customer service. I was waiting for sizes from our group, so I had to place the order later than I wanted to, but the representative I spoke with was excellent. She walked me through every step to ensure the t-shirt would arrive on time for our son and daughter's college graduation. Thank you so much for helping us make our children's day so special. We will definitely use Custom Ink in the future and will recommend you to all our family and friends.
