Wonderful experience...hope I have another occassion to use them...the advisor was very friendly and professional...felt like I had made a "new friend" by the end of the transaction...Jessica Tulley(?) I ordered long sleeve tees to wear for the March for Life in Washington this Friday...but after looking at the weather channel...wish I had gotten sweatshirts or hoodies instead...ha..The workmanship is very good...and with Jessica's help ....I am a little proud that I designed my very first tee shirt...it was fun and easy...if I can do it...anyone can.. I will try to make some pictures of us in the tees while there...thanks so much..Stephanie Land

However, after not such a great experience locally, when it was time to order our hoodies, I ordered here. The product was awesome - just as described and the printing was great!! Erin Sabina is awesome. She saved me about $116 by combining the same designs on hoodies and tees. I'll be happy to recommend custom ink to others. Actually, I did this morning.

Overall the experience was really good... I would say 8 of 10. Customer service was fantastic, art department did a great job, ordering was very simple, even with a big order with lots of custom work (names/numbers) on the hoodies. Everyone loves how comfy the hoodies are. Really good job, mostly-satisfied customer here, would and probably will order from again! Thanks.

Horrible printing job! Bubbles in lettering! Stuff on hoodie where they put print so it looks split. Not satisfied with the work especially for as much as we paid to get them! Better off to go to ur hometown shops that make shirts, hoodies, etc

I was nervous about making a large order, and customInk provided me with various choices and was very organized throughout the ordering process and even after the order. It was simple and easy to check the status of my order and my order of 70+ items came in a week early! Overall, it was pleasant working with customInk to get my customized hoodies and long-sleeves.

CustomInk has unbelievable service! The designing of our hoodies were simple and fun, the package was shipped earlier than expected, and the printing of our custom logo looked WAY better than what we would have expected.
