Besides the quality issues with the "Hanes Authentic T-shirt" that I selected, the print quality on the black material was sub-par. You could see the color of the shirt bleed through the printed graphic as if it were a 10 year old, well worn/washed screen printed shirt. While this is sometimes acceptable for certain styles of designs, it was not what I was going for.

This is my second custom shirt from Custom Ink and I already plan to buy more. My shirt came out exactly as I hoped. The Gildan Softstyle Jersey T-shirt is 100% cotton and made in Honduras; it is a good shirt, though I wish they had a heavier weight option in 100% cotton. Submitting a high quality image appropriate for fabric printing is, of course, key to getting a good result.

One shirt came with a hole in it. Overall satisfied though with the rest of the shirts.

Purchased team gear for a competition. Sent a request to art team, took about 6-7 attempts before it was done semi correctly. When the product was received, half of the shirts had a yellow-colored logo instead of a white logo. The intended black shirt turned out to be a dark green looking color. Very disappointed with print job.

Greyton did an awesome job walking through the process with me and even fixed one of the changes that I accidentally made in my edits. My shirt was for a concert so needed by a specific date and it arrived right on time. I received many compliments on the shirt at the show.

I love this website! The options it offers with regard to kinds of shirts ( and other merchandise) size and color surpasses other vendors. I'm especially pleased that I can design my own t-shirt and the image turns out so clear. My current need is to order one at a time and that alone is special to get all of the mentioned features along with it. The service I've received is exceptional. I'm very glad that I found Custom Ink and continue to 'spread the word ' when I talk about your products to others.

The customer service rep helped me pick the best options for my shirt, as sure as ensured quick and timely delivery, arriving about a week earlier than expected.

My experience with Custom Ink was AWESOME! I went in person to get a quote and Kendall greeted me right away, helped me design the shirt in 10 minutes and helped me stay in budget. Kendall was knowledgeable and had excellent customer service!! When I had to make changes and get a new quote, she helped me with that too and replied to my emails quickly! 12/10 I will definitely be using custom ink for future shirt orders!

I went to a local Custom Ink shop near me and their customer service was great. They helped me in person with picking the shirt material and creating the design with the logo I had put together. There was a minor issue with the order submitting, but they assured me they would keep a close eye on it to make sure everything went smoothly. There were no further issues and my order was delivered quicker than I even anticipated. 10/10 would recommend!

I wanted a single, custom-print t-shirt that fit well. I was disappointed that single quantity orders are very limited to only a few color choices. The t-shirt ran small and the material was cheap and nearly see-through. I was hoping for better quality and choices for a $32 t-shirt.

Overall decent experience. Website is irritating to use on mobile/iphone. Not sure if desktop is better? Nothing seemed to be in stock that I wanted. Colors that I wanted were not available. Or they weren’t available for my (1) shirt order. Frustrating that most of the only options were white t shirts. I spent the majority of my time on the site trying to find a shirt that wasn’t white, in stock, and didn’t have a minimum. Turnaround time was pretty good. Shirt arrived in a thick mailer bag within about a week. Printing looks good. Not sure how well it will hold up- the print looks on the thin side and haven’t washed it yet. For like $50 I’m not sure it’s quite that nice. Just a basic tee kinda thin. But I get it I’m paying for the custom printing.

Shirt feels good, fits right but the chest logo is a little crooked.

Your website was the most user friendly of any I tried! Designing the shirt was made easy by your many choices of pictures and fonts. The tool that showed you when the design and writing were centered was particularly helpful.

Was feeling overwhelmed with the idea of ordering a large shirt order...will they come out okay? Is my design appropriate for both adult and youth shirt sizes?
