The overall experience was not good. However, while the process of getting my order fulfilled fell short of anything close to reasonable I do admire the the sincere effort that Custom Ink staff put in to try to make me happy. The customer service staff was polite, understanding, professional at all times, and responsive. My hardship centered around inventory that was depleted and apparently not relieved properly or accurately recorded on the website. I had no less than a dozen phone calls and more than thirty emails getting my order through. I had to change the product multiple times because inventory was low and they either didn’t have the color, size or jacket type in stock despite the website and customer service agents, who were unaware of the stock out, representing otherwise. After repeated compromises on my part, I managed to get an order in the queue only to find out that a “technical glitch” delayed order entry resulting in a 14 day push back in my promised, acknowledged delivery. All that said, the work was first class and the product exceeded expectations. In spite of my frustrations, I will not hesitate to use Custom Ink again and highly recommend then for all your custom garment printing and embroidery.
