I called a few times to ensure that everything was going to go through with the orders and I was very happy with all the custom ink representatives that helped me with my orders. The only thing I would say is that the orders we placed this year were quite a bit over our budget, so we'll try to limit the designing, or if there is a way for us to get a better group discount then it will help with our order. We've been ordering since 2013 annually and we could try an option to ship in the US as well.
