Overall, I am very happy with Custom Ink. The customer service was second-to-none (going so far as to receive a text message when a proof was ready!). Small hiccup with the sizing of one particular product, but that's not a huge issue.

Overall I am happy with our Custom ink experience. I chatted with someone on the phone once and they were nice. Used the on-line chat service and they were nice and got the information I needed quickly. I love the ability to upload, place and preview artwork on the website, to see pricing change when I change quantity. The on-line proof approval system is a nice time saver. Good communication and technology to track the purchase, printing and shipping of the product. Quick turn around time on everything and delivered by their guaranteed date.
