I initially went into the actual store to begin my order. I was not happy with the customer rep' which I was working with as it was just not an enjoyable experience. I ended up calling the 800 number and placing the order over the phone. While it was pretty easy to get folks in my "group" to be able to place an order, in the end the product itself was not worth the price charged by Custom Ink. I did receive the group order sooner than an anticipated and had no issues with the shipping/delivery.
