I felt we had quite a difficult and mixed order, but the customer service person I spoke with handled it with ease. A bonus, since we had ordered with them previously and it was a re-order, they let us know that we would receive a return customer discount. This transaction was quick and perfect.

Very satisfied with the final product. Was shipped to me 4 days earlier than I expected. The only thing lacking was a scale or chart to give some kind of idea on how translucent each shirt would be.

The online design lab is great! There are a few limitations that I hope are changed in the future, but overall, I can usually create the design I want. The Customer Service reps were great about contacting me via phone and email to make sure the design was exactly what I envisioned. The shipment arrived when Custom Ink said it would, neatly packaged and in wonderful shape. I was so pleased with the final product!
