I've ordered shirts from other companies in the past, what I like about custom ink is the variety of shirts to choose from. Also my shipment arrived earlier which allowed me to wear my shirts sooner.

I had sent an email asking how to get two black tank tops (I wanted it in a women's size) and I got a quick, very friendly response suggesting that I order it in unisex. He sent me a link with my same design on the new unisex tank so all I had to do was order. He made it very easy for me!

We had some difficulty because the original design used a trademarked design. The staff at Customink were incredibly helpful in dealing with this issue and getting our shirts to us as soon as possible.

The entire experience from redesign to delivery was amazing. My daughter loved the shirt. I expect that the next time that I design a shirt wit you that everything will be even better.

Because of the style of shirt I ordered, I received a call from customer service informing me that my uploaded image could not be used as-is. The art department had to recreate the image as a stylized rendering, which I actually like much better than the original (looks like an Andy Warhol treatment). Customer service did a great job of explaining the reasons for the change and how it would impact my order. Thanks for going the extra distance to make sure I understood what I would get and for nailing it.

This website is really as simple as they say. I love how fhe shirts they made and everytime i talked on the phone to them it was quick and very helpful. I would deffenitly use them again.

I would recommend to anybody...and I look forward to future purchases with custom ink.

The shirts are of decent quality and look good on our volunteers. Designing the shirt was very easy and delivery was timely.
