they are very good, easy to work with, the design lab is a great tool to use.

Customink again provided great service! The design tool is convienent and easy to use. The printing on the final product is excellent quality also. Very fast turnaround and great communication along the whole process. This is the 2nd time I have used Customink and would recommend to anyone for affordable logo merchandise.

be wary of color options before ordering

The customer service is awesome. They're very proactive - they called every time I made a change, or whenever they suggested I try something different with the design. Their order tracking is great. I would highly recommended using customink, and I'm sure we'll use the site again in the future.

Customer service is great, they really do want your business; you can always call to make your order and they're helpful and friendly over the phone. I researched a lot of companies and they offered a great value for the service. I recommend being careful about your product decision, it can be hard to visualize what you're ordering online.
