I really enjoyed the ease of CustomInk...I watched my 11-year-old son create his shirt (Bacon is the Best, with a picture of a slice of bacon!!!) and he loved putting it together...couldn't wait for his shirt to arrive! I really enjoyed the customer service, though. I received an e-mail from an employee who cautioned us that the print would not appear well, against the color of the shirt. He made a suggestion to change the color of the print, and my son loved it. When the shirt arrived, he was more than satisfied. It's not often that you get a message from a company delivering the product YOU created, and tell you proactively that it may not be satisfactory because of the color choice...that was above and beyond, in my mind. Most places would have just created the shirt, sent it, and let the consumer deal with their choice. My son's dying to make another shirt, and although the shirt prices are hefty compared to a shirt you could buy in a store, it's worth it when you factor in free shipping and the service level you receive. You guys saved my bacon with the text reminder for proofing the purchase! I was on the road and not able to review so I called the number from the text and got everything taken care of. Thank you very much for that and getting the order in my hands on time...definitely would recommend!

I can not give a higher recommendation for your company. It has been a pleasure working with your customer service reps, the online website and ordering and of course the on time delivery. I really was impressed how you save my bacon since I left 2 players off the original list. I called up and they were easily managed and in my hands by the following Tuesday. After being let down at the last minute by another printer for a big order for New York Comic Con, CustomInk stepped in and saved my bacon just in time - customer service was stellar and the staff could not have been more helpful - would highly recommend!

Excellent. So very pleased with my order. Sizes are true to size. Quality of fabric is good, construction is good, and screen print is perfect.
