I have been so impressed with CustomInk from the start!!!! The customer service representatives are so knowledgeable, personable and professional! All emails and contacts were promptly responded to. You guys really have it all! I ordered over 70 shirts for kids for my son's Bar Mitzvah T-shirts which we designed online right on your website. Your site was so thorough with the price quotes and the pages with the models for the T-shirt size selection with pictures, heights and weights! Simply Genius!! That was such a huge bonus when choosing the right sizes. All the shirts came packaged beautifully and even a few days earlier than anticipated! I know that we will be referring your company to friends and using you again in the years to come!

My overall experience with Custom Ink was excellent. I had a certain vision in my when creating the t-shirt party favors for my son Max's Bar Mitzvah. The customer service and design team were extremely patient with me to create exactly what I wanted. I had to send them back to the drawing board a few times since it didn't look exactly how I saw it in my head, but they never once made me feel like I was being annoying. My husband said I should just accept it 'as is' which I couldn't do but the Custom Ink people always made me feel like it was no bother to make more changes. This gave me the final product that I totally love!!

The website is easy to use, the t-shirt consultants are friendly and helpful, and the bar-mitzvah favors (tshirts) are something our family is excited about and proud of!

I had this idea for custom frisbees for my son's Bar Mitzvah. I searched online and found your link immediately and it provided me with exactly what I wanted. We had fun playing with the design options. The design area was a little glitchy or maybe just not completely obvious how to use, but there are lots of options and we were able to come up with a few designs we really liked. The only negative was that i wanted to be able to use 2 colors on the frisbees, which was not an option. I designed a 2 color design and when I went to price it, I found out I couldn't do that. If you can't do 2 color designs, it would be good to let customers know that before the design process.

The shirts were a hit! The children loved them! My only complaint would be the lack of the one adult shirt I ordered for my dad who was diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer in early June and could not come from Tucson to be with his grandchildren. Otherwise, thank you so much. We will use your services again for our next Bar Mitzvah.

I was totally impressed by the quality and design of the shirts for my son's Bar Mitzvah Party. The graphics were perfect, and the colors were exactly as shown on the proof. I was very late in placing my order of 60 sweatshirts for my son's Bar Mitzvah. We purchased t-shirts for my son's Bar Mitzvah, the web site makes is SO EASY, we used artwork from the site. I also just purchased t-shirts for the NAMI Walk in Baltimore - I uploaded my own artwork. I have already recommended CustomInk to several friends intending to make t-shirts.
