I ordered 5 shirts from customink for an upcoming vacation for my husband (XL), myself (M), my 13 year old (M), my 5 year old (YXS), and my 2 year old (3T). I had to order my youngest sons shirt separately from the rest of the order because of the size. If possible it would be nice if I didn't have too. The design was exactly as I made it and looked wonderful on my whole family. Only drawbacks were that the YXS seems more like a size 6-7 and online it read as a 5T (which was not an option). Also, there are not many options for toddlers. I was hoping to have the design placed on a baseball tee and that was not an option (unless I ordered six). I would have been willing to order more than 5 shirts if they would have had toddler through adult in one bundle instead of only youth to adult.

I would just like to start by saying that the customer service was amazing! I didn't feel like any of my time was wasted with an automated system. I got in touch with a person and we worked together to put together the order. The shirts arrived on time. The only issue was some of the shirts had red marks on the white part of the baseball raglan. The marks were small and the shirts still looked great. I didn't know if that was a packaging issue. I will be using Customink again!!

Hi, I like the shirts and the design options. Designing a T-shirt is easy. I don't like the minimum order for certain items such as visors, baseball caps, and select brand apparel. Also, I didn't like that I couldn't design several different t-shirts and combine them together in the checkout process. I had to checkout one design at a time, and that almost kept me from ordering from CustomInk. That was really annoying. Thanks.

The customer service was the best part about this experience. All of the staff were really helpful and very efficient. The shirt style was a disappointment because they were ridiculously oversized (Sport Tec baseball tee). The shirt itself was a nice quality and the graphic came out very well and doesn't look like it will peel off or crack or anything. Biggest issue was sizing of the shirt, but I would not hesitate to use custom ink again!

Great customer service. I had to tweak one part of the design to avoid trademark violations. Customer Service rep was very friendly and helpful. Shirt worked great. Helped make my son's first baseball incredibly memorable!

Great quality clothing, 2nd time i used for just small order, makes me feel just as important as larger, bigger orders. Odered tee shirts for family when we went to a yankees game (summer trip to ny) this time ordered shirts for a local minor league baseball game for family cause my son is being sworn in to air force during game. thanks

This was my first time ordering. I found after playing with the website and design portion to be easy. I would have like to have put names of our employees on the front right, but could not figure out how to do that. But the quality was beautiful and the customer service was great. My husband wanted one color and I wanted another. So Customer Service made him "HIS" own color and the rest of the shirts were the perfect color "mine" ha. All kidding aside, it was a great experience and now matching caps!

The website is easy to navigate and the designing is easy to do. Group ordering was the bomb! I didn't have to worry about sizes or collecting money. CustomInk could not have made it simpler. Product and screen printing were of high quality but what truly blew me away was the customer service. As with all groups, I had a couple of people who didn't place their orders by the deadline. A quick phone call and the online ordering was reopened. Due to a death in my family, I didn't sit down to complete the order processing until a couple days after the order closed. By then, the date of delivery for standard production was going to be halfway through our family reunion for the t-shirts and after for the caps since they were being embroidered. A panicked call to customer service and within 5 minutes all was resolved; the shirts would arrive before the reunion and if they couldn't get the caps to me at the same time, they would ship this directly to our destination resort. There were no promises on the caps but within 48 hours, I had communication from CustomInk that everything would be arriving together! I could not ask for a better experience with an online company. I have recommended them to everyone I talk to when they ask about our shirts!
