I'm 95% very pleased with shirts I ordered currently and in the past; however, one order had a print color that was faded and not as vibrant as the same color on a similar order.
The website is somewhat limiting in what can be done. I found navigating the designs difficult at times. I was thinking that your webpage for designing shirts should be a simple as building a website with flexibility similar to that text formatting of webpage templates. I was limited on color, style, font and it kind of sucked.
It is a pleasure working with your team. When I needed a question answered, or had a problem, no matter who I talked with, they were happy to help me. They color and fit were true, and they were delivered as promised for a presentation we made to Shriners Hospital. Thanks to all for your help.

Very happy with the customer service. Contacted me within a couple hours of placing my order to let me know that there was an issue with one color not being selected (by me). Quickly made the correction and got the order going. My shipment arrived two days before expected. The quality of the screen printing is good the quality of the shirt is good and the price was very competitive. It was a very easy process, and I will definitely order from CustomInk again and recommend to others.
With the exception of the color, my overall experience was very good. The CSRs were very diligent and followed up often. The quality of screen printing was blurry on some shirts, but overall it was a good experience. I would try it again making very sure I had selected the correct color.
Customink is great as always, the color of the shirt was just a little different than we pictured it on the website. Their customer service people and service is always great, I would still come back and purchase with them again.

As far as the overall experience, I would say it was decent. I say decent because it could have been better. I thought the design process on the website was good and easy to do. My first gripe in the process was that I was not able to design 4 separate shirts and "add them to a cart" and pay for everything at once as I would of liked to do. I was told on the phone (after I did the order) the only way to combine the shirts into one order was to call in to the customer service # which in my opinion should not be necessary. This inability to place all of my shirts in one order now resulted in the 4 shirts shipping in 4 separate packages. So now instead of tracking 1 package I was tracking 4. 3 of the shirts were shipped via UPS, 1 was shipped Fed Ex. All shirts were suppose to arrive on Friday, 8/19. I received 2 shirts on 8/19 (via UPS), the shirt that shipped via Fed Ex did not arrive until Saturday 8/20..and the other shirt (via UPS) had an "incorrect apartment # or address" when I looked at the tracking info so that shirt did not arrive at all. I had to call UPS and arrange to pick that up at a local UPS center in town, which was not ready to do until Monday 8/22. So the shipping/receiving process in general was a bit frustrating to say the least. I then became more irritated once I had all 4 shirts in front of me and noticed that 2 of them had a slightly different color of blue print than the other 2 (they were all supposed to be identical in the color print design) I found this to be a bit lacking in the attention to detail department. Both colors look good but they are not all the same which was the primary objective to begin with. So those are my main flaws in this experience (online ordering, shipping trouble, design error) I will say that both of the people I talked to on the phone (Justin & Allison) were both very helpful and polite and I do not blame either of them for the issues I had, I did throw a curve at Allison and requested a design change as the original artwork was being printed but she said it would not be an issue and emailed me an updated look at each shirt design so that's why I was confused when 2 of the shirts were the wrong color because she was very thorough and detailed. I just feel it was a sloppy oversight on whomever does the actual color printing of the shirts. I would be open to do business again with this company but I would certainly call and speak to someone and provide explicit instructions/details as I am ordering. The fact that 2 of the 4 in my group now stand out is disappointing and is not what we were going for.

The sapphire t-shirt is a BEAUTIFUL color! Size was exactly as expected. Have not yet washed it (it is a bit scratchy) -- hoping the screen printing holds up well.
My overall experience was fantastic. I spoke (by phone) with two different representatives who were extremely helpful and even made color suggestions/modifications that were so helpful. Very knowledgeable reps and easy to understand! Shipping was on the spot for delivery day! Excellent customer service.
The material feels durable, true-to-size and the color came out great. I just wish your shirts for women were longer. Regarding my previous order: I feel like the women's Gildan shirts are for women with shorter torsos and I'm petite!
Was very easy to use and place an order. The main difficulty I had was with my design was all white on a transparent background and it wouldn't display on the online tool. Online chat with customer service helped to resolve this (upload all black with transparent background and then specify ink color is white). Definitely using CustomInk next time I need to order shirts.
I needed 5 tank tops and I thoughtbtjere were limited options, especially I n the color I needed. I also thought the price per shirt was outrageously expensive.
My overall experience with CustomInk was amazing! Friendly, professional service; quality product. he quality of the shirt is outstanding. The graphic/logo is terrific; these shirts are a big hit! Also, the customer service representatives, to whom I communicated, were exceptionally personable and professional. The shirts run a little big; I was made aware of that fact and adjusted sizes accordingly.
This was my first time working with CustomInk. My screen printer was not able to meet my deadline, so I had to explore other options. I set up the shirt on the easy to use website and placed the order. So quick and easy! The follow-up and customer service were impressive. The quality of printing was great, plus the packaging and cute tags was above and beyond. And I got my order days before I had planned to receive it. Slam-dunk, well-done, home run!! I'll be back.

You did warn the consumer that the sizes run small but I was still surprised how small the sizes were. I ordered some XXL, some XL, a large and a medium. If I do it again I wont bother with the Medium or the large. After washing the medium & large they look like little kids shirts!
