CS rep wasn't interested in offering ways to save me money on my order. After several questions about what discounts were offered, and asking about the tee itself, she finally suggested a blended tee that cost less and was very similar to what I had. Shouldn't have been that hard. Color wasn't what I was looking for - I wanted kiwi.

I am really happy with how the shirts I ordered turned out. The color "hot pink" is slightly darker than expected, but still looks great. I had a problem with getting the design approved, but CustomInk support staff was extremely helpful and provided fast responses and clear answers. When my design had to be changed and the delivery date had to be pushed back, support staff was there to walk me through changing the design while keeping it in the same order and they sent my shirts via free 2 day shipping so that they would arrive on time. I couldn't be happier with CustomInk as a whole and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

You guys are terrific! This is the third year we have used you for our fun run t-shirts and you make the entire process super easy. My only suggestion is in your customer service training to remind reps to not say "Purrrrfect" after the customer answers a question. This is not CustomInk specific. I've experienced this with other vendors too, and am trying to bring to light that when dealing with multi-generational clients, a response like that can be a little off-putting.

Overall experience was superb- excellent website for design, communication with real human in finalizing design and presenting options, and shirts arrived well before guaranteed date (which was great as we had a race to run in these!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Custom Ink!

Love the site and have placed some medium size orders (100-200 shirts) before. I needed just a few extra shirts this time and the price per shirt was very expensive for a few items (12-15 shirts). It is not easy to pull up old orders on the website and modify the quantity and color for a new order.

Our experience was FANTASTIC. A designer reached out to us right away and gave a credit because he noticed both our orders could run at the same time. And the turn around time was amazing. We loved our experience and product and will definitely be ordering again.

Everything pretty much met my expectations. It was overall satisfactory. Took a while for the tracking to be available after I received an email, but that really wasn't actually a problem. The shirt color was not perfectly accurate to what I received, but the print quality still felt excellent.

This was SUPER easy. I really liked the customer service. The tee shirts looked great and they were shipped faster than expected and in a way that made it easy for me to sort and count. The only suggestion I would make would be to have a feature when you are creating a design to change the color on more than one graphic box at a time. Overall, I love, love, love CustomInk!
