Very easy to use interface and fast updates! The main problem is that they don't have letters for other languages. So I did patch work. T-shirt is high-quality (not flimsy!), true to color, and excellent print! Customer service was also very good!

Super easy, high quality everything. Only quibbles were 1) color I wanted was not available for a single shirt (6 shirt min), and for my 1 custom shirt order, it ended up being $30 (including shipping).

The only thing wrong...I ordered the shirt in black and it was printed on white. My son called your customer service department when it arrived and they are reprinting the shirt in the correct color and said it should be shipped on the 7th.

Your service was awesome--my husband wanted this shirt to wear to a class reunion as a joke and I was easily able to customize it for him. It arrived as pictured and he is thrilled! This is my second order with Custom Ink. I did not like the first set of shirts that I ordered and almost did not order from them again. I wanted to get another set of shirts and decided to give Custom Ink one more try. The shirts are not terribly expensive but for a small business it is expensive. I called their customer service department and spoke with Lauren. Lauren was wonderful and very helpful. After talking with me to "understand" what I wanted and why i was not happy with the first set of shirts, she went to the back and got some samples and described them to me to make sure that I was completely happy with my order this time. I was not happy with the coloring of the logo and the design department added an additional color at no charge to make sure that I was happy with the coloring. I am very happy with the shirts that I ordered this time. I only wish that when I ordered the first set of shirts that I had spoken with someone who took the time to understand what I wanted like Lauren did.

Only complaint wish the color weren't limited. By this only certain one you didn't have to have a minimum number number to order. Other you had to order so many. We had a team of 4 for our mud run so there weren't many option for individual purchase

If you are going to have a shirt printed the only way to go is Customink. During the CustomInk's review of my design they found that I needed one less color than anticipated and gave me an instant refund on my credit card. Excellent from start to finish.

Good communication. Like I mentioned, the artwork being changed was a bummer and that fact that I had to email to combine two different drafts I had created was not ideal. Last comment is that these shirts run REALLY small. Most of the "normal" sized folks have to use the XL and so our assortment was off pretty badly as we assumed XL was really XL.

Customink was wonderful to work with. My initial contact Makenzie was great. It was a confusing order with different colors and different styles of garments. She hit a home run on processing my order correctly. I was a little reluctant on oking the proofs because they looked pixelated. Was sent an enlarged proof that looked great. Your art staff was wonderful except for the wording in the circle.

The pros of CustomInk are the designing and ordering process is super easy and user friendly. The cons, their pricing is higher than most other sites I looked at, and the t-shirts I ordered looked much darker on the website than it does in person, but the color is still nice.

I really wish CustomInk would offer quantity of 1's on all items and just charge an extra premium for those items that you're currently listing as having a minimum order count: I've had to take my business to other printers (such as CafePress and VistaPrint) for things like bumperstickers because you don't offer a run of just 1 sticker. And I understand why, because there's setup costs involved, but I would be happy to pay extra for those setup costs rather than have to buy 250 bumperstickers when I only need one or two.

I got the t-shirt for my brother in laws birthday and he absolutely loved it! The shirt came out great and the sizing was perfect! I enjoyed that the customer service team got back to me with a concern about the color match up (black logo on black shirt) and sent me an option they thought would work best which it did.
