Our order included 4 different shirt options, two logo options, and unlimited color options. The customer service rep warned me that more options means ordering could be more complicated, she was right. Custom Ink's ordering system was cumbersome because of all these options so I ended up creating our own order form and submitted an Excel sheet with this info to Custom Ink . They seamlessly transferred my Excel sheet to their ordering system. I worked with 2-3 different reps during the process and they so helpful and friendly! It was great to see it all come together so beautifully. A big thank you to Vicki, for walking me through this, and Jason with finishing the final steps.

Overall the product was well above average, most people would likely say great, but I am a Professional Graphic Designer, so I am trained to notice the smallest details. Kudos for getting the order right. I had a 2-color logo printed on 80 shirts each with a number on the back. Nine different colors on most every size from onesie to 3XL. 25 total different garments men’s, women’s, youth, babies. Not one shirt was printed on the wrong size or color! Just a couple problems. 1) We choose Performance wear - apparently it is very difficult to print screens on Performance wear, the website could easily present a flag when you upload your own artwork for Performance wear that warns you of that fact. When I presented revised artwork options, replacing traditional screens with coarse rules I'm not sure I really ever got an artist to study the ruled option. Ultimately I was required to print 2-color shirts with no screens when I actually preferred the look of one color with screens. 2) The Performance shirts each have a "iron on" number on the back, many of the polyester shirts are slightly scorched, seared or partially discolored from the heat process, others look great. Some were borderline acceptable others perfectly o.k. Overall the product was definitely above average and I choose not to return any shirts as I felt the likelihood of getting a better overall product was not probable. If you are insanely picky like I am, you will probably not be disappointed with CustomInk, but they may not "exceed your expectations", but then I’m not sure anyone can exceed MY expectations.

We did run into some miscommunication with the process of getting the tax deduction, although they were able to make up for it and assist with getting the shirts to us on time. I expected to pay a lot more than I did. I expected a far inferior product. I expected "ho-hum" customer service. I was disappointed in the best way possible. The shirts were amazing, the customer service experience was above and beyond, and the price was incredible ($12.51 per shirt for an order of 40; three color front, one color back)! From here on, my metal band will choose Custom Ink for our merchandise needs!

I would highly recommend CustomInk. From the customer service to the quality of the product...they really were top notch. This is my first experience with Customink, and I can't say enough good things! Immediately after my online order was placed, I received a call from a customer service rep, verifying some information about color on my shirts. She was very pleasant, and suggested I make a change, which I did. The box of shirts was packaged well, and was received earlier than I had expected. Very pleased!

We were anticipating a different feel of the fabric. Though I am for sure to blame for not being as thorough in my research of which American Apparel style is the "really soft one", it is upsetting that the extra cost paid for AA resulted in a tee shirt that has the same consistency as a run of the mile Gilden shirt.

So very excited to use this site again in the future for any school organization I am in charge of. It was SO easy to navigate the site and I really did have complete artistic freedom as I was able to manipulate font style, size, color, etc. I think the larger the selection of graphics would only improve the site even more!
