We have used CustomInk for several of our school club shirts. We decided to use them again for our parish's color run. It was a great decision! My wife and I own a few daycares. We were on vacation and had ordered shirts for and event my staff and I was to attend. (The Color Run in Nashville, TN) Team building is very important to us. While checking in we found that our shirts had come in but were not as expected. This was one of many mishaps that happened while we were away. It was 7:30pm Thursday night and we were running Sunday morning. I was not going to take this one on the chin. I had remembered your commercial and got online, designed a new shirt and called your number. 30 minutes tops. I was talking to your representative (Jennifer) and within minutes she was on it. She made me feel like I was your only costumer!! After a few let me checks she said "We can do this!!" The shirts beat us home on Saturday by an hour. I've used CustomInk multiple times now and not been disappointed. There was a mixup with my order and it was going to arrive late -- which would have missed the event date. I called the customer service rep and she took care of it all. She had my order completed and overnighted to me so we still made the deadline. If the coloring is important though, PMS match is needed. The colors were definitely different that the file I submitted. Thankfully it was for a Color Run team shirt so it wasn't customer facing and just for some fun.

I waited longer than I had planned to order shirts for our Color Run team and was thrilled to be able to order them and have them arrive within a weeks time. I used both the online chat and phone to talk to customer service and had a great experience with both. I love the order status steps so you can keep track of where your order is in the production process. I ordered around 10pm and within 12 hours the final proof was ready for my approval.

Everyone at the office loves the t-shirts, and we're excited about wearing them at our first team event (The Color Run) next weekend. The quality of both the shirts and the screen printing are excellent, and we'll definitely order more shirts after we ruin these with the color at the run.
