From beginning to end my overall experience was great! There were many pictures and colors to choose from. You could view your design and change the design, color and place placement of picture and wording until satisfied. My questions were answered by making a quick call. The shirts are reasonably priced, printed and delivered quickly. I ordered shirts for my first grade class and will encourage my family reunion planning committee members to use CustomInk as well.

I love CustomInk. I have ordered multiple items multiple times from them and never had an issue - until now. Just one mind you - but it cost me $32 because their sizing charts are WAY off on a Jersey t-shirt. They do NOT RUN SMALL - they run very large so be warned. AND I have ordered this shirt before and it wasn't sized this way - very odd. Otherwise, the quality is perfect and the staff is always on point.

I love ordering shirts from custom ink. I never have to worry about anything; my design is off center-you all fix it, I used the wrong shade of color- you all fix it. Shipping is always on time and there has never been an error in 5 years of ordering team shirts. I never write reviews but CustomInk is seriously on top of their game! Always a pleasant experience. The only trouble I ran into was finding the color shirt I wanted in the brands that I preferred. I had to settle for what was offered, but it's still a great product and great looking print.

The pictures of the final product I ordered showed the letters being a bold purple color. The shirts came to me looking like the letters were already faded. The shirt and letters were lighter colors than I had intended on.

We are a small town punk rock band and decided to use CustomInk for our first major shirt order. We were blown away by the finished product. Our logo is not always the easiest to work with and the design team took our notes and NAILED it! We got the design on 6 different color shirts and each one is amazing. Rush delivery was affordable and since there was an unexpected delay in production and the shirts were a day late, they gave a voucher to use towards our next order. Their customer service and product have definitely made a lifetime customer out of Alex Squared!

Overall experience was great. Once order was received, was notified by email that the color I chose wouldn't show up as good as shown on the computer and was given option of better color. Customer service was absolutely great. Once decision to change color on design was made, t-shirts arrived just a few days later. Am very happy with material, color and design...although sizes seem to run a tad small. Good job everyone!

Super! The website was easy to use, quick to respond to changes, and full of options. Every time I called in, I received excellent help. They were able to pull up my design quickly and to speak knowledgeably about various options. Twice, representatives made suggestions (shirt choice, ink color) before I had a chance to ask - they anticipated what I might need or what I might not know. I really appreciate their taking such an active role in helping me select the best options for my needs.

Your customer service was outstanding, I appreciated the concern that was expressed regarding the design and the shirt color. I'm glad I decided to stick with my design, however, because the shirt ended up being lighter than I wanted. Overall, printing, delivery, and price were perfect.

I am extremely unhappy with my order. Our shirts will not be used because we don't fit into them! I followed the instruction to order one size up because the shirts we chose run small (Bella Juniors Crewneck). They are still about 2 sizes too small and UNUSABLE. I am so disappointed especially when my middle school aged group was really looking forward to wearing them at our upcoming performance. The money lost was bad enough but the look on the kids' faces when they realized the shirts are way too small and unwearable was really heartbreaking.
