Came across this site through google, and decided to try it. It was a wonderful surprise to recieve great customer service and help. One guy emailed and called me to let me know the details of the tanks were off and colors of the fonts. I told him do whatever you think is best. And he sent edited tanks via email, and I saved about $60, just because of some color I didn't really need! Love the detailed delivery dates for when you purchase. Lot of people follow up on your order, it's awesome :)

Customer service is great. Associates are cheerful and helpful. And I love how fast I can reach a human when I call in. Three big problems I have with Customink: 1. I am unable to check the status of my order after it is placed. I do a lot of different things at my desk every day; it would be nice if I could go on the site and just "see where we're at" with my order. 2. I cannot delete un-submitted designs. If I save a design then go back and change/save it later, now I have two designs saved, and sometimes several more. That's confusing for me. I need to be able to go in and delete the designs I don't want so I know I'm working with the right one. 3. I cannot go on the site and view past orders, only past designs. More than once I've wanted to look at a past order so I can use some of that information for an order I'm working on, such as the design, product choice, color, etc. In fact, I had a problem with an order the other day where the sizes/quantities from a past order were transferred onto a new order. I only learned this after phoning CI and talking to an associate. I wish I could have just looked at the past order and diagnosed the problem myself, but instead I had to pick up the phone and so on. (problem was satisfactorily resolved eventually.)

Customer service went back and forth exchanging e-mails with me on various questions to ensure that I would like the final project. This shirt was really important to me and it was wonderful to know that the people at custom ink cared about it the way I did. They were so polite and excited, and had two or three choices/ideas for me to choose from in regards to the vibrant color of the logo against the t-shirt color, how the logo should be positioned, etc.

I was pretty happy with the two Rabbit Skins brand onesies, size 24 months, that I ordered. The vibrant royal blue color was good, the digital printing pretty decent compared to screen printing, with only a few very, very slight "weathering cracks" to the image if you looked closely in some of the larger solid color areas. I laundered one in a washer load according to directions (cold water wash, low tumble dry) to see how they'd turn out before wearing. They are 100% cotton knit, a fabric notorious for shrinking, so I was prepared for anything. The results were not surprising, as garment shrinkage was about an inch in length and about a half inch in width. I'm glad I ordered up a size. But the onesie still looked like new, and the printing held up. I am happy with this purchase and will do it again for other unique occasions.
