Great printing work! The quality of the Next Level 60/40 T-shirt is amazing and the print of my own artwork on it was crisp. The "sand" color t-shirt was for military uniform and was very light.

Overall, the ordering was a fantastic experience and the shirts were great. David was incredibly helpful with this rush order that arrived exactly as promised in just 2 days and just in time for our party. Would have been a WOW! experience but the color of the names wasn't printed as ordered and one shirt sleeve was coming apart at the seems.

The web site for designing your shirts is pretty neat, though a bit clunky. My order was shipped to my business address without my business name, so I wanted to check my account to make sure my shipping address was correct for future orders, but I couldn't find any way to view account information, including past orders. It's possible that I checked out as a guest, but I don't think I would have done that intentionally. When the shirts showed up, I was slightly disappointed in the color of my logo. I'm not sure if it's the printing process, or the fact that my logo was converted from a color image to three ink colors, or if the color conversion process itself just isn't very good. I'd like to continue supporting custom ink but I'm not sure how to make sure I get a better output next time.

I enjoyed ordering from customink. Our shirt color didn't matcheck exactly like we expected but overall still good shirts. I wish there was an option to order a very small amount of an already produced order as we needed a couple extra shirts but can't get them as we don't have enough people.

Custom ink is amazing to work with. Because my time-line was close I was very nervous and was so pleased to receive a call from someone soon after placing my order. It was such a relief to know they were on top if it. Size, and color were as expected. The material quality is great for the price and is very comfortable. This is the second year in a row our group has ordered our camp hoodies from custom ink and we will do it again.

I really liked working with CustomInk overall. They never tired of getting things right for me. After trying several shirts we finally found one that I love and where every chance I get. They tweaked the design for me several times until I was very happy with it. I got all the sizes I wanted. In the end it turned out they didn't have the color in all the sizes I wanted but I am very pleased with the final product!

Next time I will use another company, customlink multi color printing quality is not what I expected: colors and brightness/contrast on fabric printing differs from the original image, missing some important details - a part of a body, rough and wrong colors - black instead of brown, contrast. Shipping was on time, even before the deadline, t-shorts themselves are OK - fabric, quality, right sizes and colors

Number 7 for all. Not only did my son love the t-shirt he designed, it came on time as expected. Customer service actually called to let me know that my son had chosen a black decal on a black t-shirt that would not show up. We changed the shirt color to grey. THAT is service!
