CustomInk is really excellent. It's easy to use and I was really impressed by their customer service. I used the live chat and was quickly helped. The person I chatted with even called me to make sure everything was perfect for our custom design. We're very happy with our product and will definitely use CustomInk again in the future. My only critique is that the color of shirt we wanted was a little different when we received it. We were thinking it would be exactly the same as the computer image. Overall we are very happy.

Rarely do I describe a company's service as AWESOME, but it really was! The site was so easy to use for designing a shirt. This was my first experience in doing doing a custom shirt and the design kit was bulletproof. My design was saved for many weeks, in the cloud, while we worked through approvals from my company, etc to get them purchased. The customer service team was quick to answer any question. And, it was comforting to hear that actual artists would fill in several low-res images on my behalf so I didn't have to worry about quality, uniformity of color, etc. Pricing was reasonable and easy to find once the design was in. The proof was excellent and the shirts actually arrived a day early. We ordered 15 for a corporate event and everyone LOVES them! Thank you so much!!

I have been delightfully surprised by this whole process. This was the first time I have ever used a service like yours for custom designed T-shirts. I thought your website was very easy to work with, the folks I have talked with via phone have been excellent regarding friendliness and helpfulness. For the price, I would have expected much better printing quality. These are by far the worst looking (print quality wise) shirts I've received from CustomInk. I may have been too aggressive on the design, but of course the preview looked awesome and I even worked with a "T-shirt Ambassador". I would have thought she would tell me if it just wasn't going to print well. The design colors printed very dull and if the preview was more accurate, I probably would have chosen a different shirt color.

Customer service contacted me immediately to say my choice of colors wouldn't show up well on the shirt color I had selected. They promptly sent me some different options on how to make the shirt look better. Even with the delay due to the color change, the shirts arrived a day earlier than expected! Thanks!

Easy, Fun, and it Brings People Together. My best friend will be ordering the same shirt, and we will wear it sometimes on special occasions! The Gildan Ultra Cotton was even softer than I expected. Don't worry, that's a good thing... I love the mermaid and that VERY detailed pawprint. I also love the P, the H, the 2, the o, the dog face, the color, the HD of the shirt, how white it is, how it looks in general, ho- should I go on?? THANK YOU CustomInk!! Everything was exactly as I wanted it. Everyone is pleased with the shirts. They do run a little large adult sizes, but they're wonderful. The customer service has been amazing! Great experience. One thing that I'd like to see change is color options. In the past I've ordered from companies that permit us to order multiple colors of the same logo/print, thus allowing me to select three to four different color options to have printed at no extra charge. This may be the deciding factor for me to go with a different tshirt company next year. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied with my order and customer care. Would I order from Custom Ink again.???...undecided. Color options and variety are a big deal for my class.

The quality of the sweatshirts were great. Unfortunately, most of the hoodies were too small for the individuals wearing them. The website says they tend to run small but the sizing chart you provided (height, weight, and how the hoodie looks on the individuals) was not accurate and reflective of the hoodies we received. The color of the hoodies received were much lighter than the charcoal hoodie in the template. Customer service was outstanding and they do a fantastic job of keeping you in the loop on your order. Delivered on time.
