I wanted a replica of a commonly sold tee shirt found at U.S. Army posts in the late 70's throughout the country, that unfortunately, isn't available any longer. Your company was able to provide that, right down to the color of the lettering. I also liked the courtesy of being able to purchase any quantity (no minimum). After receiving the shirts I'd like to say that I am very satisfied., And also say: "Well done!"

We have a group of guys that meet each year in a different country for beer drinking and touring. Since we are spread around the world, it would be impossible to get everyone together to design a shirt. With CustomInc's website, we can all add our two cents into our unique design. The quality is great and the customer service is extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about this company. Five Stars.

Well I received an email stating I was going to be getting a call from someone on the design team before they printed the shirt. I had questions about changes to the shirt, and was never contacted. I mean if I'm spending $60 on one sweatshirt it should be exactly what I want. It was a gift so I wasn't able to see the final results until.a day ago because I was out of the country. Now the sweatshirt has been given, and it has things that needed to be changed. I would have called on my own if I wasn't told specifically that I would be contacted by a member of your team. Not so happy about that

These shirts turned out fantastic, and the customer service was great. I had these shirts made for a friend's epic race across the country and *had* to have them delivered before we left. I first tried to go through another t-shirt company with lower prices, only to find them extremely poor at responding to my phone calls/emails to sort out the artwork. When it was clear they would not be able to deliver quality shirts on time or even talk to me about options for making it work, I gave CustomInk a call. It took less than an hour to place my order with CustomInk and be reassured that my t-shirts would be guaranteed to arrive on time. From there, I was very impressed that CustomInk followed up at least daily and I was always able to get someone knowledgeable and responsive on the phone instantly. To top it all off, CustomInk recognized that the timeline was tight and went the extra mile to get a courier service to deliver our shirts exactly on schedule. Wow. Great customer service, and the folks were even interested in chatting about the race and finding out what we were getting t-shirts for. The order ended up being more expensive than the original company I tried to order from, but was well worth it. I will go with known quality over cheap price and unknown/poor service in the future. We have family coming from all over the country for a family reunion. LOVED using the Group Order Form to collect money from the relatives everywhere, let them place their own orders, and then all product arrived in one box to be distributed at the reunion. LOVED it. So much more convenient than asking them to all mail checks to me, place orders with me, etc. I'm very busy and this was super easy.

Overall, I like the services, products and end-results delivered by Custom Ink. In fact, the t-shirt I ordered is a prototype for a possible sale to the U.S. Navy Base Exchange merchandise inventory. Therefore, I would be looking to order numbers in excess of 1000 to fill inventory in Navy Exchanges across the country. In fact, the number could be much, much higher.

I was led to believe item would be sent through the mail. Since I was out of the country and my mail was on hold, this would not have been a problem. However, it was shipped via UPS (with whom I have had several delivery problems in the past). When I called Customlink, I was told a signature was not needed and that the package would be left in front of my door. Also this would not have been a problem, as I alerted my daughter to go to my house to bring it in. Another bit of misinformation. She told me a note was left and it needed a signature after all. So instead of redelivering it upon my return (which I informed you was today 7/18), I had to drive to some location out of my way to pick it up. Altogether a pretty aggravating ordeal.
