I received a call from Sami Cross about a problem with my order. She was very helpful an nice on the telephone normally when you get those calls you get not so nice people so she was a pleasure id order again because her customer service was great.

Great website...super easy to design especially with all your nice images i.e. motorcycles etc...The only funky part about the whole deal was when someone called and left a message about proofing the image. He talked super fast and probably should've said to just go back to your website to ok the proof...I had to figure it out...no biggie but that process was just a bit clumsy...needs a little work.....talk slower and better scripted message...THANKS...looking forward to wearing them on my motorcycle trip across country in two weeks!!!! I had to alter my design after I submitted it because I didn't notice that the background removal function altered my design slightly. I contacted customer service and Sami Cross helped me make the change. I'm extremely happy with the customer service. Thanks!

I was out of the country while dealing with customer service regarding questions about my order, and they were able to take care of all of the amendments to the design/order I needed done while I had no access to a computer. The customer service was outstanding!

CustomInk was great, I called and talked with someone and not a computer and not someone that is in a different country then me. I told them what I wanted and they made it exactly how I wanted it. I would refer CustomInk to all of my friends. Also I had a mailing problem with overnight shipping and I called them when I found out that UPS dose not ship to my PO box I call them and they sent out another order that day and over nighters it to me with no hesitation.

So, I had my order shipped to my family reunion across the country, however, one part of my order didn't arrive on time. I called CustomInk and they told me it was considered lost in the mail if it didn't show up by their guaranteed delivery date. Without me even asking, they remade the order STAT and shipped it to me overnight (NO CHARGE) and I had my order the next day. AMAZING customer service!! They were actually accountable! VERY IMPRESSED!!! Will be ordering from them again!

Customink experience was professional and personable as I would have expected them to be but was exceptional when the young woman called to talk about design and asked what the + next to two names were. I relayed that these were deceased members and I didn't find a cross option. She immediately offered to put in crosses - that was more than I expected. Thank you.

Everything arrived just as designed and one week early. However, the biggest reason I will keep doing business with CustomInk is the personal email that I received from a customer service person after my order was complete and shipped. It is nice to have someone from a larger company to spend their time to recognize an individual order out of what I assume thousands of orders per day. My overall experience was good...although with regards to showing sizes and measurements of shirts above xlarge isn't available. With so many folks in our country that are overweight and/or obese, the customer service gal was unable to give me that info. Im sure you sell a lot of 1x, 2x, and 3x. I would suggest the same lists for us plus size prospective customers!

This product more than excedes my expectations. Your staff were both knowledgeable and professional in thier desire to design the exact shirt I wanted. I was very impressed by the degree of of courtesy which gave me the feeling that my order was top priority, the way they 'all' performed their tasks were what the building blocks our country grew on to be the great power in production we are (?) today. It gave me "that special feeling we get in the cockles of our hearts, below the cockles, maybe in the sub cockle area". I have already been approached by several people inquiring where they can purchase one, after having worn it out just last night to a dinner party where most folks agreed it was the perfect t-shirt for me (LMAO). Your service was great. I loved the instant chat option because being out of country made it easy to get in contact with you. One of my orders had been mixed up due to miscommunication and I was not satisfied with the end result. You weren't hesitant to fix the issue and redo the order for me at no extra cost. This was just an excellent online experience. The service was fast; and, the product quality exceeded my expectations. You impressed me by checking with me at each step to make sure you were making the shirts correctly. I had these shirts made for Grady, his grandparents, his parents, and Grady's sister. Grady is nine years old and recovering from a cerebral hematoma due to a previously unknown genectic defect. We almost lost him; but, the prayers of many caring people around the country were heard. The cross and Grady's name in red signify the two most important people on Team Grady. What follows is physical therapy, probably surgery, and recovery of some of his lost abilities. Thank you for helping make our little guy smile.
