This was just an excellent online experience. The service was fast; and, the product quality exceeded my expectations. You impressed me by checking with me at each step to make sure you were making the shirts correctly. I had these shirts made for Grady, his grandparents, his parents, and Grady's sister. Grady is nine years old and recovering from a cerebral hematoma due to a previously unknown genectic defect. We almost lost him; but, the prayers of many caring people around the country were heard. The cross and Grady's name in red signify the two most important people on Team Grady. What follows is physical therapy, probably surgery, and recovery of some of his lost abilities. Thank you for helping make our little guy smile.

I absolutely loved working with Custom Ink. My shirts, which were for my brother who is a sniper, arrived two days before the deadline which made me super excited. I even received an E-Mail from the inker in which he said to let my brother know they were grateful for his service to our country. The customer service was phenomenal! I would totally use this company again, but would like to see the prices lower. Thank you Custom Ink!

only problem was someone thought we wouldn't be able to use the design we had bc of trademark problems, which ended up not being the case, just meant that I had to clear things up on the phone and flag it for my teams across the country that we may not be able to order t shirts

The design team did a great job on the logo and shirts. The shirts are going cross country, from CA, to Montana, to Kentucky, to Arizona. Everyone likes them. I think Customink should incorporate their name somewhere on the shirts so that people know who the supplier is. Develop a nice logo and blend it into the screen printing somewhere. The shirts are so well liked that I expect to be placing additional orders. Thank You. Bill Baltusavich

I always love working with Custom Ink in situations like this. When I only need 5-20 shirts, it's much easier to work with you all and pay a little more than going through my other vendor. The only downside is that y'all can't do the FFA emblem because of copyright issues. If you could, I would do ALL shirts through you guys for the school. The most appreciative thing about your organization is the staff. I've called in several times on orders because kids add shirts or change sizes, and it's always a painless and pleasant process. I also appreciate the follow up emails that keep me updated on what's going on. Love working with Custom Ink, and I plan on doing future orders with you! If you all could ever get the FFA emblem copyright.... You'd be in business. Over 355 chapters in Oklahoma and the organization is the largest youth organization in the country. Over 500,000 members. Something to think about.

Having been a graphic designer for over 20 years, I am very particular about the quality of any screen print projects that I design. So when Custom Ink was recommended to me for a small quantity project, I was pretty skeptical! However, Custom Ink surpassed all expectations! Your website is beautifully designed. It is clear and easy to use. The group order form allowed me to collect orders and payments from all over the country with ease. I able to edit size changes easily. Most importantly, on the design end, anytime I had a production question or concern your customer service phone team was always able to accommodate. Lastly, the t-shirts were not only delivered on time (actually, they were early!) they look AWESOME!! I will be singing the praises of Custom Ink to anyone who wants to produce a high quality product with a quick turn around. Well done!

Chat feature was very useful since I placed my order when out of the country. The customer service was good, but also a little confusing. I got an email from a rep asking me to email higher resolution files. I would have preferred to just go back to my order and edit the existing order -- keeping everything in one place. Options are good (email v. website), but didn't feel that I could just pick the one that worked for me. Instead, I was fitting into your workflow instead of mine. That was a little challenging to understand how to do that and then re-submitting. So, the designing was a pretty good experience, but there needs to be some additional features to be seamless.

Somewhat disappointing. Great show up front, but the real show is in the delivered product. Great presale customer service, attention to detail in the proofing process, fast production and delivery. Make sure your proof are right and cross your fingers as post sale service is slower if existent. Final product, artwork placement was widely variant.

I liked that the shirts were put together by size and each size group was folded separately to make them easy to lay out with no organizing involved. The artwork expert put a thin border around our letters that we approved ahead of time...I thought the idea was genius, made everything look much clearer, and I never would have thought of that on my own. I liked that I could call and speak with a real person who was looking at my file each time that I called. I ended up needing to place the actual shirt order from a hotel room across the country on a business trip and the information that Custom Ink already had on file helped immensely in me placing my order. Also, I needed a very specific sizing chart sent to me weeks in advance of me placing my order. I think I was emailed one, specific to my product, the very same day I requested it. The whole process was fast and easy and made me look very competent with minimal effort on my part...which I like. I believe that doing things like ordering tshirts should be the easiest part of my job...and I know from experience that it can sometimes be the most frustrating part of my job. Custom Ink really did make it easy. I will absolutely use and recommend this company repetitively.
